A homage to Steve Hackett (who wrote this piece)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Hackett
This is played using John O'Sullivan's Blue JI tuning. Pianoteq and Kontakt didn't play nice together so I had add 4.81 cents to all of the flute notes.

A simple demo of the Rook Scale which is a 7 note subset of an alternative 12 note per octave tuning system I worked out called Raven Temperament.

Thanks to a microtonal university session I was introduced to 37 notes per octave (edo). Here I use an Linnstrument to play an older version of Kontakt french horn section in 37 edo.

If you find this, please take a listen to the version posted on this site by Andrew Russe from 2012.
Stunning. Goosebumps. His one-man-one-guitar interpretation is now the definitive version of this song for me.
So this isn't just a Procol…

Ok, I know that it appears that The Proods have been posting so grim music of late, but this song started out as an homage to one of the Lady-Proods, and just kinda got away from us.
More stuff following….bright, chipper love songs.

Surrender, sweet surrender
Don’t fall back just yet
I give myself completely
I swear I’m not a threat
I’m running up the white flag
I’m throwing up my hands
You’ve taken me your prisoner
I am at your command
Surrender, sweet surrender…
