Anything that has the title, "Desert Sunset", has me right away. I miss them deeply. The music delivers what the title suggests. I will be returning to listen, repeadtedly. On, the song you commented on "This Strange Parade", you were right, it was over 40mbs, perhaps that's why the music was cut off at the end, and the chorus just goes for a stroll naked, so to speak- it was just cut at 40mb's. So question for you.. how did you record the piano for this album? And I realized later that you hadn't specifically asked what I was using on one of my piano songs.. so to answer your earlier question: It was Reason+Record for that song, with "built-in" sounds as well some refills (notably the Reason Pianos that I mentioned).

Dig this one! The polyrhythms (if that's the term) really give me the sense of rain falling, too.

Lovely! To answer your question... currently I'm using the Reason pianos refill. I've also used NI's Akoustik, Ableton Live Suite's grand piano, and an Alesis QS7 in reverse chronological order. :)

the second theme at about 1:40 is lovely, and i like the way it changes at about 3:10 or so, sort of climbing out into a different plain,, very pretty riffs in the 5 min and on, i like it when you break away from the cord structure to individual keys/notes,,,, at times through this i can hear the slight pauses where it seems like your thinking/planing what direction to take,, OUR DOING GREAT! it's a fun musical journey and im happy to be along... you have a lot of really nice small themes in this,, excellent! oh and by the way for many years i played on a churches concert steinway,, loved it, especially because most churches have such a lovely sound scape to make music in , not to mention the also wonderful light that typically filters in,, ah a small bit of heaven (guess that makes sense though) well anyway excellent Chris
