First draft.
Dedicated to my mother on her birthday.
In the outro: Trombone, Horns, Clarinets, Mouthpiece buzz by Andy Hentz (arrsuarez) and organic drum related sounds by Glu.
You need locking up for crimes against poor, sentimental, over-sensitive ladies as they sit alone at night, in the dark (because these candles look lovely but are rubbish, to be honest) sipping red wine with only their dreams for company. Vocal rings out like a bell over already heartbreaking notes. I shoot you with my blubbing.
I took you seriously
I took it carefully
I didn't want to breathe too loudly
I walked around silently
I didn't say a word
Fear was there beside me
I know it sounds absurd
But so what?
So what.
I lived without money
I've lived without…

Poured myself a small cup of acoustic guitar, half finger picking, half ebow. Nothing fancy, nothing magical, nothing fantastical, just something to relax through.

Excellent! Reminds me of the mood of Neil Young's Dead Man soundtrack, but like Bethan said, more of an oriental feel... It conjured up an image in my mind of futuristic Ninjurais silently stealing into an ancient abandoned city from the cover of the encroaching jungle.

This is the first and only song I wrote on [arrsuarez](http://alonetone.com/arrsuarez)'s Christmas gift to me, a mbira that he lovingly crafted by hand.

Together, this album is an amazing piece of work, and especially so for a 30 day adventure. Congrats again, and looking forward to listen to your new stuff.
Written for Oberlin production of "Closer" - metal samples from the oberlin scene shop and produced by Alec Longstreth banging on everything he can find. You can also check out [Driving in Rain](http://alonetone.com/sudara/tracks/39/) which uses…

Very nice guitar work.
This song is amazing.
Love the sound of that guitar man.
The Koa Larivee is very sweet, beautiful
I'm really getting into your entire Last Ditch Effort album. It's an interesting, diverse sonic landscape you carve out here!
That was great!
So pretty, very, very nice.
Great sound - on all of these tracks really. Really well recorded and mastered.
Very nice. Love the accompaniment.
Very cool!
Awesome vocals too!!
like the guitar in this!
Nice 24 hour effort!

great mix,well done.
Regift it. Nah ! Just kidding sounds cool.
sounds very evocative and intricate. the instrument you are holding up seems really new to me too. I'd actually want to hear a low theremin in the back ground. some A and A sharps on a theremin would sound so beautiful...
'dig this mucho; thanks.
Yes, this is a bewitching song that delves deep and clings.

GREAT intro track to the album, guys.
Woah, the kick in this one sounds like my upstairs neighbors banging on the floor.
So, I'm on skype video chatting with my father, when he gets on alonetone, puts on this song, and starts dancing.
ha! you are right davey, especially for in progress stuff. I just had the itch to share it.
Be patient, the choruses is missing, as is the nice soft bass, a sprinkle of piano and a bit more of that electric guitar.
Hilarious in a VERY good way, mind you. Like in a "ahhhhh, why is it so funny and so goooooodness?'
I was going to say bubble bath made me laugh, but then I heard this one. Freaking hilarious.
This track is JUICY!
This whole album is reallllllly pleasant and soothing to listen to!
Wow! This was fantastic and right up my alley. I would LOVE to hear more of your stuff.
This is enjoyable as all heck to listen to. The definition of a glu track - laid back, melodic, good beat. All hail the umlauted sticky stuff!
SWEET. This track is a lot of fun and really singable. love it.
Woot!
This was always one of my glu favorites.
well, yeah.
I like this track a lot.
TIGHT.
This is one of my favorites from your recent stuff.
Eh! This one is a little more than crazy!
