This is a piano improvisation that mixes Pianoteq in Werckmeister III tuning with Cakewalk’s True Piano in 12 equal. What results is a soft phased piano sound. This skirts right on the edge of what can be considered microtonal. Some may well…
Well, I didn't understand what you had to say about the tones of this piece, but I enjoyed it.
And what a photo. Desperate. But well dressed. I sort of wish that was still the fashion...
Fisherman and the Siren by Lord Frederic Leighton
This is a blues collaboration between The TwoRegs (vocals / lyrics) and Norm Harris (percussion) and myself (17 note per octave electric guitar and fretless bass).
We hope you enjoy it…

Norm has been teaching a master's class in percussion and gave me (a lot!!) of guidance to try to add bass properly to this. I added 5 string bass, Fender Mustang and GR-20 sax to his excellent Tumbao track. We hope you enjoy it.

although the art of the groovebox, working with the roland MC 505,is my main life project,i try to keep up the practice of a traditional instrument...the sitar...pure free minimal psychedelic underground music...
This is a song about our relationship, and about the differences in our backgrounds and our families. My better half might disagree, but there's more truth here than rumor.

This is the song that's responsible for the creation of this band in the first place. It was originally intended to be used with another band of mine, but kept growing and changing, until it no longer suited that band.
Since then, I have a full…

Solo acoustic finger picking thing I've been working on for a while. Sometime around 1968 I started studying with Mr. George Bennett who taught me the rudiments of finger picking. Later when we played some gigs together he also taught me the rudiments…
Since Norm found himself in an acoustically great room, full of unfinished cabinets I couldn't help but add some acoustic guitar, crank it up and hope you like it Norm!
this is totally impressive Lalo. Wow. What a piece of music! And emotional. Lovely work my friend!!! 18 minutes of constantly changing music - no that is difficult to do!!
Comments on vaisvil's stuff
The evoked emotion with this microtonal piece is perfect for pondering the future-even for hominids
Lucy has seen the future and it is microtonal!
cool chords and tones. would it be ok for me to try and add some guitar to this tune?

cool, gritty tune
A dirty and nasty bit of blues...damn cool and intense.
Oh yes, this is sweet!!! LG
Am totally digging the last couple of minutes - great big gothy sounds!
Mine could do with a spit shine also. This helped. Jumbly, energising sounds.
Lovely!
Really quite beautiful!
Wow, great collaboration! Great atmosphere, and you must have had much fun! (Although I prefer a nice man on the picture ;-) joking... :-) )
I'm a happily married man I'll have you know, it's the other Reg who gets the groupies.......I'll put the lyrics up later.........
yeah - the vocalists get all of the groupies.
Chris, are you asking Reg for the lyrics or the bait? Oh, wait. He probably has both...
good point - Reg?
Exactly what bait does one use to hook one of those, anyway?
Awesome collab guys!
Are you participating in the IF film festival?

A crayon may not be such a big deal - but intentionally harming your neighbor is. If no one stops first - it will never stop.

Your mind sounds as if it is possessed by Vlad III the Impaler. Do you make Halloween CDs? If not you should!
Yes, the Peanuts gang contracted STD's. So much for innocence.
