There is a video for this below
Its all a bit cliche I know - but its what I wanted to do. All of the video footage was taken by me in an undisclosed location somewhere. This is a microtonal piano improvisation that uses Lucy tuning 0b6s meantone…

Aaaahhhhh....walgreens...endless lines of sick people waiting for pills delivered to you by the clerk that the last guy just pissed off..."Get your meds and get outta here"...*shivers*
Nice one
Pictured about is my new 19 note per octave guitar which was used extensively for this piece. For more production information http://chrisvaisvil.com/?p=800

Hell yeah man have at it! If you need me to email you the files let me know. As for vocals I had my wisdom teeth pulled last friday so no vocals from me right now..might be able to drool onto the mic for a bit, but that's about it. ;)

I liked it. In my music theory course.."Many moons ago" my teacher only played piano. Being horrible with sheet music as I am, it took forever to transcribe it over to guitar and drove me insane. So I say good at you Chris. If I only had then attention span for music like you and Norm do :)

Ill Drink a little slower
can't make my mind slow down
Im thinking of nothing
at a million miles an hour
makes me burn a little deeper
Chorus
But all my dreams are gone
you were there before it burned away
and all our love is done
im just looking…
Product of noodling around. Lead guitars are a combo of UAD's Nigel plugin and the Fractal Axe Fx. Clean guitars are the Fractal. The outro guitars are my Princeton Recording amp.
I played the piano's through my midi guitar and Axon. You can…
I had this mellow tune hanging around when I heard "Love is Life" by The Two Regs and thought I need to catch the other Reg while he's around.
Lucky for me he had the time, the voice, and the melody. We created this lovely tune.
I was electrified…

My first upload.
This is a cover of probably my favourite song of all time, by The Waterboys, who were introduced to me many years ago when the highlight of my week was Thursday night TV, pizza and quaffing Baileys.
Thanks to Sister S for…
i think the title says it all.....the easy ones from the Beatles music book........More Regged up beatles but no Elvis he has gone off in a sulk he never did like them and he thinks were doing too much of them.......
Sometimes, you just have to make a track so that you can play that big ass gong - you know the one im talking about.
4 guitar tracks and one for the gong. Various FX for guitar including a sustain FX which seems to go well with the gong droning…
I think sometimes you have stolen the essence of David Gilmore and concentrated it in your guitar. Is that possibly the same gong I had the pleasure to meet after a cheesy western?
I did this one to Norms track Proof....... it's about a disturbing dream...... i hasten to add it was Reg's dream not mine. So blame him................
my up coming IF comment: a most strange blues backing track but it works well. Some sounds remind me of the daxophone which I recently discovered. Very cool!
A song for a wet day in Sheffield Thanks Johnny.......another one for the Zep album.........I will have to sort out that first verse..........but i hope you enjoy..........
the zoom H2 is battery operated - or if you wish it can use an adapter. The guitar I used is this one http://chrisvaisvil.com/?p=436 Brad converted. Any noise is from the Marshall amp which seems to have a ground problem - at least in the room its in at the moment. I haven't been listening much because I've been editing a lot of video and it brings my machine to its knees.
Samples used in this tune from the NY subway this summer. Inspired by Dave Dunseath
3-12, just uploaded a new version of this with guitar- and some other changes
Comments on vaisvil's stuff
Very beautiful!
Nice feel for this Friday morning ""..............
Execllente!
nice raga-esque, eastern feel to this.
Wonderful and misteryous sounds...
You have this way of inserting an oriental flavour into your music which I find most attractive. Started my busy day off nicely, thank you.
flowing,,to this,,,yes
Well, I was spellbound!
Can I get to the video from you site?
Nice! Saw the video on FB...how's little Gandhi doing?
Love the jazzy feel to this
The photo says it all, and the music proves it!
Aaaahhhhh....walgreens...endless lines of sick people waiting for pills delivered to you by the clerk that the last guy just pissed off..."Get your meds and get outta here"...*shivers* Nice one
I'm not sure what's happening here, but I think you might want to get those prescriptions filled! j/k! Great track

The song makes me feel that the fake life I lead is still stranger then the real one that happens.
very nice writing,,, the sound is very crisp and clear,,,
“Something has changed. The world feels strange now. Even the way the clouds move isn’t right.†Wow, powerful stuff.

A suggestion. Delete this song and then upload it. That will get rid of the aliens.

very serene - I like it a lot.
almost joe cocker on the vocal Reg! sweet ballad!
I guess you brought your fans with you to AT. Where are you from?
great performance and song!
very unusual - reggae Beatles sort of?

I like this too - though the added dimension of the previous is better
cool piece!
great pop track!
finally I get to hear this - oh this is so weird - Elvis does Beatles! I like the arrangement.
sad story - one that is all too real.

I do plan on making another. I need to research what wood to use instead of the cool looking but stab in the dark wine box this time.
Beautiful job on the vocals here Reg!
