And another one I didn't share from the same day. I must of been in a funk where it all sounded really bad. This improvisation concentrates more on melodic aspects of 22 edo though there are some harmonies.
Here is something I had laying around that I forgot I did. A 9 edo improvisation with my Roland GR-20 + Fender Mustang combination. This will probably sound pretty foreign and / or out of tune. To me it sounds oddly funky in places like at 0:22

We forgot to mention that Reg visited Norm's place a little later and added some vocals. The video is a ride through the US state of Virginia. The Texas Tavern serves cheesy westerns (cheese, fried egg, burger, bun) in the downtown of Roanoke Va.

I do have video of Jacob playing the udderbot with the band - but right now I'm still putting together my gear from storage and this was the best I could do with Windows Live movie maker on my laptop.
So for now - enjoy the sound of Jacob jamming…

Great bluegrass. Great video (you seem to be getting passed more than passing...), and, of course, I had to look up "udderbot". What a cool instrument! Make your own! I am!

I can’t play it safe (Lyrics
i can hear you say you want to play it safe
but i’ve got dreams i want to…
damn, I'm floored. This is perfect and you are becoming an incredible song writer. All the right stuff in all of the right places - its that special sound man, you got it! Knock 'em dead!
I've been sent to the cellar by the wife as she has a visitor...bad luck hey!...so i got the acoustic down of the wall and even tried a little harmonica...hope you enjoy........
Over the Hills and far away (Lyrics)
over the hills and far away…
Just a little cover tune I did in preparation for last year's live RPM Challenge album "Letters."
Nylon string Yamaha travel guitar, vocals, and one mic... Missed notes and all.
we all have cover a Pink Floyd song at some point, and the only way to cover a perfect song is to make it completely different. Deep down, I think everyone was hoping the wall was not too high, and the song could end on a happy note of breaking…
This is one of my more agressive industrial-ish tunes. There's also an orchestral version done by vaisvil; it should be somewhere in his gigantic list of tracks...I'll see if I can find it and post a link.

Drama in the cheap Hotel room 52 (Lyrics)
I’m in room 52
and i honestly don’t know what to do
you’ve taken…
lots of different things I tried in this one, mostly in structure and vox, as well as harmony and texture. I guess it is a progressive type song with some gloom.
the intro is a short bass thing with effects called nectar, its like 25 sec.s…
RPM #2, first thank you all for the comments on rpm 1,, once again i forage into the world of midi orchestration,,, while i am beginning with strings and woodwinds,, this is a section from a string piece i am working on,, that somehow led me to…
Reg is fed up with being judged on his mental health..Care in the community...what a joke...track no3 for the RPM......
Care in the Community (Lyrics)
I’ve been shaken down to what i really am
and i am really nothing like you or you or you…

something in semi-performance mode on a real piano recorded at the meb(medical education building) in October the fifteenth or ides of October 2012 at eleven fifty three before lunch, I was actually reacting to the people walking by and sorta…

this is a cool take on this. its like pink flyod version from the period they were doing movie sounds tracks.
I do say it seems you've added a great deal more Tension since the last revision I heard.
Always loved this song! Here is the CSO version http://alonetone.com/vaisvil/tracks/tension-acoustic-orchestral
I love what you did with it!
cool - very convincing orchestration and production!
