Love it, great vocal a kind of Brian Ferry, feel, and that 6o's vibe excellent we should form the mutual appreciation society. Enjoying it ............. and the solo Yeah!... have mentioned the melody...........
I electrified my psaltery and played it in various ways in an tuning adjusted by ear. Probably some JI of some type then. I played along with some modified drum loops and ran it through effects of course.
Well, you are taking me around the world today.
I'm in the Far East now!
of course, if Sister wasn't wearing my headphones, I would hear it better. But sounds wonderful anyway.

As I had nothing better to do last night, I had this great idea that I would construct a rhythm for the 24 hour challenge. This would be different: a 24 minute drum solo (I mean, who wouldn't love that?). I even had a perfect bass riff: the "Mother…
I couldn't talk for a while afterwards and I felt like a moron after listening to my vocals, but it had to be done :) So no laffin'!
Our attempt to be on the roof of Abbey Road Studios if only for a moment!
The Lineup:
Guitars: gtalfsen

drip by drip..
I did the guitar and bass tracks first, then procured my 10 year olds cello for the main bass line :) I also tried my luck playing cello with a bow on this track- which was a new experience.
The trumpet and violin bits are played…
Had these backing tracks laying around on my drive for a while and didn't know what to do with them, so grabbed my Ebow and a fretless electric that I built for myself a couple years ago and had a go. My fretless playing is really in its infancy…
this is great!!! I love the jazz / spaces blues vibe. The harmony leads are seriously impressive! How'd did you make your fretless? I recently made one myself - amazing how low the action is now.
Stealin' Pumpkins off the vine...
Such good fun I do it all the time.
Single Gon Bops conga track miced for heavy bass. And 2 tracks of cow bell, of course.
4/4 200bpm
this is ok - I must admit I'd like to hear this with some shuffling percussion and a bass line to paste it together - and bring out that lead instrument a bit more. Its always dangerous to compose someone else's piece - so forgive me if the idea sounds ludicrous.
Comments on vaisvil's stuff
Ah this sounds great. I like the percussion too, sounds like a room of different clocks. Sax is it? Nice!
Cool tune, love the mix.

like the low-fi intro...very sharp observation and tight percussion skills here.
Very cool experimental piece!
