I pretty much kill this one, though it was a lot of fun to tackle. I approached this as a 3 piece band cover, that is drums via a Simmons SDMP-1 drum pad, bass, guitarist / vocalist. John Wetton's vocals were a bit too high for me to sustain so…
The Goseck circle is a Neolithic structure in Goseck in the Burgenlandkreis district in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany.
Its construction is dated to approximately the 49th century B.C., and it seems to have remained in use until about the 47th century…
Ooh, really cool. Not really sure what to say, sometimes the tones are all just perfectly balanced as they are here... and transforms into a whole other entity.

If it makes you feel any better, her dog ran away and now lives at my house.
I sampled and tuned my aeolian harp to a just C major chord and used it for this improvisation. There is a thin veil on reality that keeps most of us sane. A few have crossed over and post music here from beyond the veil. I salute you all and…

Well, I make no claim to the authenticity of Ethno 2 samples - though assuming they are top notch is probably a safe bet. I just released a revised version to my private mailing list and here are the instruments:
This piece is a quasi-middle eastern section using the celtic 12, E, and D guitars and the lead Electric Bouzouki plus acoustic bass in Zurna tuning and the percussion includes Timbales, gong, Bendir, Daires, Darbuka, Tamborin, and Sistres.
Backyard Ghost sent me something to work on...i added my own touch and arranged it...i sent it to him and he added another of his touches and rearranged it and You've Had My Tears is the end result...we both love this collaboration...expect more…
Abakua refers to a secret, Afro-Cuban, male society of percussionists - as I understand it, one had to be initiated into this society before they would be taught how to play percussion in their style. One of their hallmarks is to impose what I…

This is one of my first alonetone collaborations written by Louis Smit.
Everyone should go listen to some of his tunes. Louis is a very original
and talented folk style acoustic guitarist- singer - songwriter.
You can hear him here.

This is a special request by Sister.
It's kinda sloppy. Frankly, because I suck at it :)
I'm not much of a cover musician but I gave it hell.
It's mostly analog. MIDI drums, DB33 organ patch,
strat leads, and Ibanez chords, Dean bass…
Hi - I enjoyed this composition very much. I would like to mention though that the volume was very low. So much so I have to normalize it to listen reasonably. Do you lack software to do this type of manipulation? (or was this on purpose?) In any event this piece impressed me enough to go through your series of sonatas!
CROSS-OVER POLYRHYTHMS
This is actually a type of enharmonic polymeter, where 2 rhythms with **different meters** (i.e., a different numbers of beats/measure) are played at the **same tempo**: the measures do not line up each time. These rhythms…

Did the guitar tracks first, followed by bass, then drums and vocals last. I wrote this song in a bookstore, after I came home and recorded it, I realized I made the song too short for all the lyrics.

I suck at most electronica genres (like trance - I don't like the 4 on the floor aspect) and I don't think I've given country a serious try yet as well.

This song is profoundly you, within and without.
Beautiful Chris!
Really enjoyed this! Saving for another listen :)
Very nice production! Interesting blend of synths/ vocal effects.
Enjoy ing the quirkiness of this! But it does work quitwell! :)
These sounds are the reason I like traditional noise so much..
far away in the hills and over...
really this is the best you have done so far cept for some of the ambient stuff....
Like Chris. Efx on your voices is nicely ELOish meets CSN and the mando cello reminds me of Dave Pegg :)
