Great song. Was playing and singing along with it like I wrote it. I didn't know the word 'demo' still existed in music. It sure doesn't apply to this tune. Sure as a puffy(singer/songwriter/player) I hear the layers...but at the end of the song it was perfect as it was. I totally get the 'wait until you hear it with everything I hear' composer vibe. But this aint no demo. This is a song. Awesome I'm a wordy bastard considering I'm just your basic''ego driven organ grinder monkey'!

Awesome! Very catchy melodically (complex in a great way) and otherwise. I love the bridge....and the "they don't count anymore"...love that....and nice ending vocal too. Your challenge seems to be going extremely well.

Certainly reminds me of one of my all time Heroes, Roy Harper .....

Love it - also the era it is from! I hear the Bron-Y-Aur Stomp but only because you mention it (that is one of my favourite Zeppelin songs). Fun and great musicianship truly.

When I saw the title, I had NO IDEA what treasure was inside. In fact, I'd even forgotten to listen to it(!) This is SUPERB. Anyone else who's seen it and thought "oh I'll listen later..." - it's later NOW! You have to have a little sip of this wonderful version of a crusty ole classic.

Again, listened to most of this before reading the blurb. And I was thinking "there's John, Paul, and George..." - aha, I see! (And therefore I've just learnt something from this - might be stealing this technique in future!!)

Oh yes. Guitar, especially instrumental, is reminding me a lot of Jimmy Page (been listening to Physical Graffiti a lot over the last few weeks). Don't know whether an "English rock" approach to the guitar was intentional, but it certainly works.

Awww... and this follows "Say Something" perfectly. Gorgeous heart-rending chorus. We all bring our own baggage to a song we hear - but I'm feeling more of an "PLEASE accept who I am" as I'm listening to it - whether sung to oneself or another. Probably fits with what you wanted, anyway! Brilliant.

I'd listened to most of this one (and faved it) before I read the blurb... glad I did - cos I can tell you that we think you nailed it. LOVE that bare piano and the plaintive "Say something".
