Oh squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!
You have punked my 'Rora! LA LA LOVE IT!!
OH!!! MARACAS! YEAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I see you dumped Liz Taylor, yeah, I can understand that. I kind of prefer your middle 8. :-)
On a technical level, I'm not sure the problem is purely overpopulation. Maybe it's something like that a lot of the ways we increase the carrying capacity of the earth have great potential to destroy it.
Oh, great, now I'm overanalyzing song lyrics (I just wrote a whole album of speculative fiction, and I'm pretty sure I disagree with half of it). It's a good tune, 'eh?
three striped gum
falls out of an old dresser drawer
fills my head with memories from before
causes me to close the door
i feel rotten to the core
three striped gum
falls out of my pocket in the rain
what would have happened if i played…
i am thinking about words tonight
they can be hard as nails
they-can be as shapeless as water
they can break your heart
they can hang like a chain
hold you up for years
cause you to think twice
take away your fears
you are falling in love…
This was the first time I'd fired up my telecaster and amp for a recording and it felt like sitting in Sun Studios or something. Amazing sound after playing just acoustic instruments for a year. It's the first take and I loved it!
This is now…
The more times I listen to this whole cd the better it gets! Quite possibly my favourite new album of the past couple of years. Particularly like Black Cat, Old Roy's daughter and the slide playing on Jimmy. Great stuff - more please!

I love your interpretation of this savage song. Your chorus rocks! Oh my God! Ha
*BIG GRIN* that's a very catchy chorus you got there, Rob Brill!
Great upbeat version! -M
This is an excellent version RM.
Haha, slight reimagining of the verse lyrics too. :-) Damn my slurring! :-)

I really like your vocal harmonies and lyrics, and you're playing is really tight. Especially on this song -- I think I need an off switch too.
Listened to the whole rpm album. Nice hooky guitars laden throughout, rapid fire vocals. Great work.

Another great tune from tim. Good stuff mate
Nice n mellow. Reminds me a bit of Fred Eaglesmith's more laid back stuff (check out his cd Milly's Cafe - I think you'll like it)
Ahhh, funky as f*ck! Love it.

Nice tune Alex. Reminds me a bit of mid period John Cale - which is no bad thing in my world!
Funny and funky, I love it! Love the groove and the Hammond in particular
