I wrote this song after listening to some fine Italo Disco. I love the focus of those songs. It's strictly melody. Always melody. Lyrics are an after thought. Sometimes I feel like that for my music. This song is a break-up song about someone…

This is my attempt at chillwave. It really is a christmas-ey song. I love bells and a think it's warped just enough to make it work.

pretty good man its really disco-y which is good but maybe try to crush the sounds a little more. but this really sounds like the intro to any 80's movie good work, add some hazy vocals

My take on Gumbo's Keep Your Eye On The Spot, one of many excellent tracks from his RPM2011 album 'Cat's Moustache'. It's something of a departure from the original, though I was trying to retain an element of the gospel so hopefully its soul…

Sunday aftnoon (11/09/08) took the reso down to the Fort Worth Modern Art Museum and recorded some doodling inside the Serra sculpture Vortex. No effects added, all natural reverb inside the structure.

From the album of the same name, this track really was recorded on a dark and stormy night, just to see if any of the elemental turmoil going on outside would lend its ambience to the proceedings. The thunder claps came from a sound effects album…

Like the crazed goings on. Edgy and intriguing.

There is stretching involved but not using Paulstretch. I could never make that thing work for me. With this piece I liked how the click ticks turned into something like breathing.

it's deafening to walk around to walk around with no sound it's calm before the storm they say but I still hear you cursing your style and you way and were waiting waiting waiting for the wayward song to begin waiting waiting for the wayward…

Thanks to everyone who have been commenting on my tracks with all the insight, nods, criticism, everything, period. You all make me feel welcome in my odd world of writing and recording whatever it is I like and want to. :) Alonetone Rawks!

If things start to look like that while one is driving, I would suggest pulling over and calling a cab!

Together with a few guitaresque pieces (some are presented here, "Lettres 'D Amour" or "Mar Adentro" for example), this one was my "swan song" in already so distant 2009. ~Sign Of Hope~
