A short filler track!
Lyrics:
30 seconds to midnight
and i embrace decay
half a minute to tomorrow
i just want to watch the world go away
everything i've ever loved
it's all gone away
30 seconds to midnight
i don't want another day
Lyrics:
Rain
Falls down on me
Falls down everywhere but you
I
I need to find a way
To drag you back to this decay
// It's a good thing you don't ask forgiveness
// Because I can't forgive this
// It's a good thing you don't beg forgiveness…
i hate you is one of the best lyrical contrivances ever. if you can write a song that people are afraid to play to their GF you have my vote for awesome representation of real feelings.
my first exp with the chorus in this song was from the bangles album 'everything.' it was a b-side and it just referenced this song. remembering it, i am so glad i heard the real song now, i dont care that it wasnt done by bowie, you did a fine job.
Jamming with a couple buddies. I screwed the lyrics up but it was fun to do. Who doesn't want to at least try an AC/DC tune?
A live recording:

Originally on my [24-hour album](http://alonetone.com/colingarvey/playlists/24-hours-of-aargh) back in 2008, I've added an invisible rhythm section and remixed it.
I may do this with a few more old tracks I didn't quite get right first time round.
This is about the free spirit soaring high above the seas, forests, cities and times.

This is a musical setting of Bruce Andrew’s poem “jjj†from his book “Moebius†thanks to PennSound archive.

So how does the harmonic series filter work? Does it just allow one to hear the lowest A, E and next to the lowest B? Wild stuff!
