Very interesting and quite beautiful, almost a Valse like quality, i might guess you are a Chopin fan like myself,, i have been working on Chopin's Valse B min Op 69 no1,,, this shares the same dream like dance quality... Lovely

aubrey: this is stunning. your dad's narrative is intense. i got a little frustrated not being able to hear during the fades (and i wanted to hear!) and your female narrator got drowned out some by the music--was that intentional? i definitely want to hear her side clearer and could easily listen much longer to your dad's story. so cool what you're doing with all this-- smg

You should develop this further; maybe add a photo collage revelant to the "Social Impact" of the time both in Vietnam and America as seen through the eyes of your narrators.

This track hasnt started off sounding anything like this. I had a drum beat in my head, so I keyed it into my laptop, then edited it around and it ended up like this.
then i recorded everything, and just as i was about to save it.. EVERYTHING…

This is a first run at MIDI drumming. I have my kit setup to a new Alesis Trigger I/O box. It turns my drum kit in to a USB MIDI drum kit. Pretty cool toy.
