Ha! Another one discovers that you can use banjo AND squeezebox and get away with it!!
Hey there! This one is a real keeper. Love the imagery of your lyrics and your banjo / harmonica just gives it a sultry sound. Love it!!!!
WOW!! this really has a great feel and reminds me of Tom Petty…and a little “Beatles For Sale” flavor…check out the album cover..released 1964….you win the fall challenge……outstanding
Great groove and lyric. This might be the best GC song I’ve heard. You have all your images working. A total success. Vocal, production…all fully realized.

Wonderful layer of Guitar work Greg.
Breezy, bittersweetness. Love the longing.
Here’s another awesome song! Love your guitar playing on the break…. I think you’ve been secretly laughing in the corner on some of my recent first dates. You’ve got this nailed!!!! Great singing too!

Great to hear you playing more electric!!! excellent solo, very melodic….. outstanding song, has a feel like Roger McGuinn and the Byrds
Maybe I take that challenge. But my song would be about Patti Meadors who transferred to my school in the middle of my senior year and tho she ate lunch across the street at the elementary school cafeteria with me just a few times and then transferred away before the year was over I will never forget her and…we never had that first date.
Ah a taste of summer. Nice one Greg, catchy chorus and love the banjo.
Just as I am retiring and about to be more of a supportive listener, my account has been deleted. So it’s Bee here Greg and consider this has been faved.
You’ll be so busy you’ll never understand how you had time to go to work…..excellent song

This song graced our living room this morning. Your guitar playing on this is amazingly delicate, but it’s the lyrics that got both Rita and I laughing out loud. Now …. that’s poetry.
Nice Country Twanger!
