Wow, I'm loving your ambient stuff especially! This is wonderful! She's walking along the shore at dusk, contemplating if there is anywhere else to go...ever... *goes off in to dream*
What happened after too much time on youtube watching live vids of "voodoo chile" Noisy obnoxious and very cathartic for me! Live to 2tracks with the Jamman
Intriguing, love the ascending motif where you play guitar along with the synth bells, very dreamy sequences. I'm not sure I like the breathy hiss that comes and goes in some spots (side-effect of guitar effects, or separate synth?) but the rest of this is great.
neat. Difficult mood change at 1:55 ish... and it's smoothed over really well. Ah, back down at 2:18 . You keep the motion swirly and ambient. the pans on the different instruments keeps the mix fascinating. Keep working on these guys... I love it.
Goodness... very nice bright gitz. Makes me want to pick one up and play along. Such a welcoming tune. Wow... I'm not usually much for single instrument tracks. You've got so much expression in that guitar. Wait a sec... do I hear breaths? I'm sure you wanted that in the mix, right? Neat. The human feel is great!
That's a good pan on the gitz and pads. The bass is perfectly mellowed out, but present. I really like this mix. The drums seem to have just the right touch of reverb. Simple too, not distracting. Hrm. The composition is swell, the subtle key change is good at shifting the mood. You might want to try adding subtle taps and deep, barely audible thumps to the drums. But then, I think you can tell I'm biased there. I love percussion. I enjoyed this blend. Perhaps you'll get a chance to experiment more and throw in several more atmospheres.
Wow... you really laid some layers on the gitz. I enjoy the filter on the bell tone, but the feedback/Q/resonance on the filter is a little strong for my tastes. Still, the color is welcome. The mix is pretty focused... too. You might want to bring out the drums or pads a little more here and there. That's some... DANG... that's great layering tho. You gotta keep that up. Keep studying that, because some of these builds have me going back to school. Very nicely chilled... very well done. Thanks for sharing, friend.
One from a year ago or so. Never was happy with the recording quality, but never got around to re recording it. My attempt at a kind of late 70's Phil Keaggy thing
One of the joys of listening to music on the internet is encountering music that sets off chimes of inspiration in our own minds. This holds especially true when the one doing the inspiring is a friend. Bruce Lesisko uploaded a song called Flyfinger…

Leafless trees hung low in the cold.
I saw myself kneel, fall, die all alone.
No pity, no tears, no profound song.
Just gone.
The limbs of the trees broke in the wind.
Worn and old from beckoning, again and again.
But no god came. In the end…

Ok, this is another of my few blues (late 90 i guess..). I was playing it today and recorded several times. I don't think this one is the best one, but it has something that i really like. This record is the plane rythmic guitar. Later i was playing…

Very beautiful. I won't insult you with the comparisons to other players. I'll just say that you're up there with them.

Didn't understand a word you said about how this was done, but it sounds very cool!

Exotic sounds. Has an Oriental feel sometimes on the edge of chaos but remains very musical!
Nice! Can't go wrong with cowbell AND feedback!
