What if the snow and its wonder involved an environmental 'imutation' or - at least - a beautiful metaphor for the great, gentle, quiet, thorough meeting...
...of the greatest, silent need.

We stayed there.

an odd silence hovered above:

I feel like I'm winding through the disconcerting bowels of justice, located some place below a lofty chair where the president of truth quotes the god of lies... This is the soundtrack for back entry into the castle. I could slay zombies to this tune. righteous as usual. Wes!
I guess I try to write such sketches in order to behold and hold a sense of the Great Goal, ...that which quietly 'visits' us, where we open- where we allow it,...
...all the way from the future Resolution.
Sam was a very articulate and kind friend; he spend way too much of his life in a wheel chair and yet demonstrated a lot of grace.
We lost him just over a year ago.
Among many other unexpected, Christ-like kindnesses, he realized at one point…
One of the things about my [Glitching Satie](http://alonetone.com/sandbags/tracks/glitching-satie-1) track that I wasn't comfortable with was that it wasn't my recording that I was using. But I'm nowhere near good enough to play a piece like Gnossiennes…
...real nice here; that end-of-phrase chord is wonderfully ambiguous -great emotional metaphors.
Thanks for listening to, and commenting on 'Sunrise...'
Happy New Year!!

All guitars by my good friend Chris Mitchell. I had a chance to record this while I was in Dallas this past Summer. This is a companion piece to my song Secrets from the "Of Sound Mind" album, my RPM 2009 entry.
the first multi track piece that I actually finished "in the box" in Cubase. An ambient kinda thing that grew out of playing around with the Line 6 DL4. Not sure I like the bow parts, but I may re do it later
