Another one from the dusty special price bin! It started off as a Pilot cover, but it didn't end up that way.
Dave Berry added the excellent tele solos and the crazy cool noises at the end. Thanks bro, you rock!
I spent more time on this…
The vodka, ahhh. One of 3 that I recorded to a dimming flashlight during a power outage.
One take into the Micro BR hole with some harmony and noodle overdubs.
Vodka
I want the vodka
'Cause I know it's gonna make me play better…
I recorded this one to a dimming flashlight on the 25th after a windstorm took out my power. I couldn't see the lyrics anymore so I ad libbed and hummed the rest out. My recording device is battery operated, which is cool.

My only musical Christmas present. Tharek(Osckilo) sent me a wonderful Spanish/Arab sounding guitar track. All I had to do was sing. Sometimes that is the biggest treat of all, and I took full advantage of it. Thanks, bro!!
All done on the…
A Halloween collab we did last fall that I thought was pretty cool. Designed to scare old ladies and make babies cry :) I love the way the song peters off in the end.

gee.... I've recorded under the same influence! "Excuse me sir... but could you tell us, for all your listeners out there, what was your influence in making this music?" "Oh, I'd say it was vodka....".

Nice, Launched. I'm a fan of the sparce, (when I do it I call it"austere", "minimalist", pisses off my friends who believe a song has to have certain things in it to be bonafide, and I love doing that too!)And, thanks for the listen, and the comments. New Hampshire? I'm in Kittery Point. Maybe we'll collide at the listening party.

Aw, sorry to hear about your RPM - was wondering.
I love this track - your voice sounds especially soulful, and the melody tugs at the listener.
And great back story.

Do or die, that’s what Everyone here is…
I have issues at my house, sometimes they manifest themselves in my tracks. In this case, the bassoon and oboe represent the mouse. The guitar is the peanut-butter.
This is a tune that's been on the back burner for a bit. I was looking to get a dark Ultravox kind of sound. Anyone feel like puttin' on their Midge Ure hat???
Anyway, these aren't the droids your looking for.
Move along..............Move along.

I knew it!! There had to be a snap at the end, no question about it. A very accurate depiction of one of the little b*stards sneaking around my kitchen, eventually meeting up with its impending doom.
Only peanut butter never worked for me - I always ended up with a bare, unsnapped trap. Always had to go with american or cheddar packed tightly around the trigger :)
I've actually watched it a couple times. If I only had some for this wonderful soundtrack!
This is my first effort with real bongos. I've been so inspired by Norm's talents, that I had to give it a try. I borrowed a set of bongos from my brother Asa.

As chance had it, I found myself in an acoustically great room, full of cajons! Well, they were unfinished cabinets actually, but they had lovely tones. Since this is the stuff dreams are made of, I had no choice but to seize the opportunity and…
I had not touched my keyboard for a long time - couple months? So it was inspiring to play it again. I set it up in the living room of the new house and played pianoteq on my laptop using a Just Intonation tuning (below). Actually I had to improvise…
Sank a solid 17.5 hours into this one, so there won't be a complete album out of this 24 hour day.
Had the structure floating around for a year; this is my first stab at it. There are definitely huge revisions in store.
Hi - thought I'd throw up an older piece today while I have time (doing work at the new house later). This is an improvisation with my Fender Mustang / Roland GR-20 combination retuned on the fly to 9 notes per octave "Sorog" tuning. I think…
Some more good fun with Brian Bazeley and Jarvis.
I added some drums and some horns to Jarvo's noodling.
There's probably room for vocals if anyone is feeling froggy.
Thanks Brian and Jarvis
Cant sleep....
Thought I'd write a Tune....
Had to be fairly Quiet on this, so as not to wake the Baby...
Hope you Like it.

Pure magic. Even in the face of adversity - the show must go on. Well done, nice track.
No objection to the BGE sequel. Nothing but encouragement from my end. Let me know if you need any help with anything.
Where does Baby Green Ernie fit in with all this?
I like your voice .
I like it hot.
Oh, shame about your RPM. This is a great song, produced under extreme conditions, I curtsy to you sir.
I guess I wasn't the only one who suffered a blackout during RPM. Thank the makers for acoustic instruments. Great job, in the dark.
some freakin' freakout shit going on!
Great tune...one of my favorites of yours. Has the Money Mark sound!
exotic and infectious...excellent collab!
Great spook factor...Count Floyd says: ahoooooooooooo!
this came out real nice...dark and brooding.
Fly on Baby Green Ernie, Fly on.

Killer guitar!! Kind of as a "There goes my girl" feel to it. Very cool!
As badass as electro can get! Pro and right on the money.
Wow.... WOW!!!!! I love this - 'Bout all I can say, bro! You rule!
Fantastic, bro! Great vocals - You sound like Anthony Keidis!
What this tune needs is more mousetrap!
Hey, you're back! Cool tune, bro!
I like the Moody Blues sounding wind on this. Very cool.
Very cool - I love it!

Freakin' cool, bud! Definitely Christopher Walken "More computer cabinet!" style! And, sweet debut on the bongos!! Norm will be proud!
Do it, Dave!
You cooked up a great tune with your new mandolin! Another example of your songwriting genius my friend!
Elegant melody - Well put together.
Sweet!
Awesomus!
Spartan with a complicated sound - That is pretty damn cool.
I love the amped open sound you guys have here. Very cool!
Very intense playing - I like it. Sounds like you may have had Stuart Copeland and Andy Summers locked away in your basement for this session as well.
Beautiful tune, bro! Love that picking, too. You've built up quite a set - Ear candy!
Great tune with cool guitar and vox. Love it. The percussion was somewhat distracting, however.
