This one is marvelously cool. The swing-ish notes and drumming are captivatingly disorienting in a great way. The lyrics wind up hitting close to home. I think I am mishearing the line in the chorus as "beneath my anthill parachute," which is fine with me because that's an amazing lyric. :) Great one.

Another great tune! The first thing that caught me was the groove. The rhythm guitar providing the backbeat is awesome and as soon as the vocal kicks in, I'm sold.

Yeah, this is really cool. I wouldn't have known how to describe it, but Andrew's description works! It really felt like the drums were going to pull out and then jump into a Ringo backbeat through the chorus, then instead we got the brass filling in that jazzy feeling. The solo is great too. Keep it up!
