Scarecrow in the hillock

This is a piece written for the Linux Musicians Uncompetition (http://www.linuxmusicians.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=10331).
The purpose of such un-competition is making some music with Linux tools, and then share it.
The premise for this edition was using a haiku structure in the lyrics. I use English for my songs but, not being my native language, I didn’t want to fool around with syllabic counts, so I chose a traditional haiku from the Japanese master Basho (1644-1694), which goes:
‘Scarecrow in the hillock
Paddy field
How unaware! How useful’.
It all started as an oriental fantasy, but California 90’s hardcore is part of my musical homeland, and I felt that a guitar solo would add some variety. Hope you enjoy it as listeners and it inspires you as musicians, if that’s the case :)
A groovy, psychedelic compolation of excellent sounds. Damn choice guitar work. Loved it!
How marvelously psychedelic. I totally dig your groove. You paint with sounds some exciting images within my mind. I'm quite into musicians who can do this. ROCK ON!
Excellent......love that wired guitar.....great changes..and those voices a trippers delight...loved it....more...more..i need more
beautiful as the chance meeting on a dissecting-table of a sewing-machine and an umbrella
Woah! Dig that intense shift a minute and a half or so into this when that *kick ass* guitar kicks in... wicked. And the bonus ending too... so what is your native language?
