Sweet song man. The acoustics sounds really good and the vocals are full and resonate throughout. And to top it off its exceptionally beautiful. Nice work man!

Hey, OSCKILO! You were Johnny on th espot on This Strange Parade! I hadn't even finished saying how unfinished it was. Thanks for the comments, on it and all the others. Now, as to this song. Just what I needed to help me get through this world when all I want to do is play. It's beautiful. Thanks

Matter Of Fate- This song started as a riff I was doing while tuning my guitar. It sounded cool, so I happened to record it on a small dictation recorder I have so I wouldn’t forget it. When I listened to the riff it just screamed Sticky Fingers…
Rell Sunn, the Queen of Makaha, was a beautiful spirit and graceful surfer who lives in the hearts of all who knew her before she was called back home.
The Sea Sounds like this in my head as well..
It is Something about those chords that Just Let you Drift away with the Music when you Play them....
I used a similar arrangement in one of my tunes... Pressed record and in the Blink of an Eye, 4 minutes had passed...
Gritts is right..... Such a Meditative sound!
Sublime Playing Bro!
Faved!
You have a gift for finding the right level of dissonance to Keep the shape of a song, but create a completly different aura about it.
A Thought full Arrangement.
Awesome Bro!
the first multi track piece that I actually finished "in the box" in Cubase. An ambient kinda thing that grew out of playing around with the Line 6 DL4. Not sure I like the bow parts, but I may re do it later
I mostly wanted to make music with a funky clav line I'd come up with, so this is it. For the voiceover, I unabashedly used an awesome monologue by Ken Nordine.
Just a basic dance track because its just fun to bounce around sometimes. Also another excuse to use a growly bass sound... a "60 Hz Hum Bass" soundfont I had clearly neglected for too long.
That Growly sound is Freaking Superb!
Best Hook I have heard this year!
The way this Track Builds is Perfect!
Love it!
Track really Grabs Ya Bro!
A winner!!
The Dance moves in all of us. It's our inner nature, our link to the universe, and greatly submerged and denied.
The Dance:
The dance commences,
pulse fills our senses,
To lead us to where we begin…
Superb Again!!
Awesome Vocal Perfomance!!!
The Backing Vox really Sets ot off as well.
This Track Wouldn't be out of Place in a Quality Broadway Musical. So Well Put together!
And that Guitar is Heavenly....
There was a time, when I stood in one place, and time, space, and place... stretched in all directions, and could be walked, or traveled. Returning to here I found, getting on with it, was completely different. After enlightenment, there is the…
A Fine example of how a Vocal and a Lyric really make a track..!!
The Images You create with your words are Vivid and Strike deep!
Amazing the way the Vocal floats on top off the bass drone.... A real dreamy feel...
Superb Performance! And again...Profound...
You live long enough... you take some real hits. And the only way to get on, is, to, "Pick myself up, walk down the long long road". Lifes real easy when it's all theoretical, but it's never been lived until the theories and philosophies are trashed…
Well, the truth is I run a little hot. I think maybe all artists do. Creative fire is creative fire. Sorry about the vocals here, this is the scratch track, didn't have time to lay down the real thing before the clock struck twelve and I turned…
This is Sublime!!!!!
The acoustic in mix draws me right in.....
I'm Glad our Paths Crossed!!!
Superb Voice by the way!!! Full of feeling!
Awesome Performance!
The lyrics were co-written with Mike Novak. I sent him the music, and we worked from there. I've done that a bunch with friends from Canada (Me Man Jack - check them out) and its fun to collaborate..
This was my last rpm2010 piece. i had recorded the rhythm track in early feb, and put the triple mandolin harmonies on at the very end of feb. i really love mandolin harmonies...this has more of a mediterranean vibe...
