I think I'm done with them :)

A WG tune set on the back burner.
Maybe you can do something with it.

I Know, I know, it take balls to cover Bono.
I adore him honestly.
This is just a vocal exercise for me during my RPM efforts.
I gave it hell though right?
New Wave music: "...music with a twitchy, agitated feel, choppy rhythm guitars and fast tempos...incorporating electronic/experimental music, mod, disco and pop." ~ Wikipedia
You definitely got the choppy guitar, the electronic, and the pop. But I didn't feel at all "agitated." It was a feel-good rhythm. Started my morning off right!
Extra long intro....Give it a minute.
This is a rough mix of a new tune.
I'm open to any changes if you want to do anything with it.

This one put me in that space where in my mind I'm riding a horse into the sunset, with cacti to my left and tumbleweeds to the right, a six-shooter at my side and a ten gallon on my head. Go ahead -- make my day!
Last one for the Cherry Pie festival.
Don't mind me, I'm goofing on my WG alter-ego.
If your unaware of my Gunslinging, Wall of Voodoo, Ennio Morricone,
Good, Bad, and Ugly, Fistful of guitars influences, you may NOT like this spaghetti…

I like the combination of instruments here, the fusion of sounds, keeping everything floating somewhere between Southern Rock and Folk -- musically a very fine place to be! very tasty -- well done!

I like that run at the beginning. Started with a Western Rock flavor, like Marshall Tucker, then went immediately to a CCR "Born on the Bayou" taste, and then comes that nice Folk Rock picking in the middle. It's like putting bacon and cheese on a burger -- addictively delicious!
Just coolin' my engines after a very Geas RPM.
Feel free to use this track.
I can re-arrange it or mix it any way you like.
Verses are A maj - F# min - B min - E maj
Choruses are B min - E maj - B min - E maj -F# min - B min
Tempo…
My health is plummeting -- I've already lived a few month past when my doctor thought I'd be no more -- otherwise I'd be all over this. The chord arrangement is choice and tasty, and I dig the tempo. Nice arrangement so far, and I look forward to someone collaborating on this and doing the sequence justice.
In one hour or less - with mallets.
I guess I'm just the guy to do the mechanical, electronic, energized, futuristic version :)
The end is the best part.
an original for a change......

opening myself up to you again
i tried to block you out
and hoped you’d go away
but you keep coming
yeah you keep coming back eating up my mind everyday…
This ne has been floating around the files for a while, now. Still not sure if this is a re-upload or if its elements have been so sampled into other projects that familiarity has bred disconnect. In either case, Enjoy!!!
Here's a new one. Well, a new old one, actually... And a bit different than the last one!
Something old, something new, something borrowed, and, er, something blue...

This is one of my favorite collaborations with Paul Lennon so far. I wrote the song with king of a bluesy feel, and then found a perfect marriage for the music with one of Paul's awesome tracks. Then we tinkered on it together to make it so…

I had a wish to sing along with Greg, so he offered me a piece of his Cherry Pie to sing along with... I added a few other bits here and there as well. Thanks Greg!!! This was a fun one for me... added some piano and a teeny bit of percussion....

That was really cool!!! I pictured the building and the increasing frustration with the intensity getting stronger. Awesome!!!
