you asked about my synth in that song I made--- it is not analog usually I record the midi notes as well as the audio notes. - Here this Into Blue -- is great I like these words that are matching the song sounds,.. so lost in the way of thought and time.
that is a great beat here it reminds me of an early industrial song I used to listen to by front 242,.. I really like the meanings and layers of meaning... going on with these lyrics- that underbeat demands action for the denial - yeah
I hear that bass line under it all,.. like a river dripping out of the sky.
I like this energy --- "and your hollow follower that changes like a new wind in the night."
great chill song - I like the whole thing --- "when my fire burns my mind -it blinds me to your falling heart." :)
Very nice work and a beautiful voice.
Utterly magnificent set of tracks. Wonderful stuff.
This is the only one I hadn't commented on already or favourited already. I wanted to favourite them all again :)
That combination of your vocals and the instrumentals is fascinating; your voice has a noir feel to it but then that bass line and drums that come in midway take the track in a completely different direction!
Smooth and silky. I feel compelled to finish listening to the whole album as it is absolutely ear candy. Wonderful work:)
Great harmonies! And you've a great voice! Been at it a while?
So pretty and sweet
Am I allowed to comment twice? So tasty.
This could easily be one of the best songs I have heard in a few years.
If you perform, and I find myself in Montreal this summer, I need to check out that show! What an amazing collection you've put together as part of RPM challenge.
Ohhhh, this I like a lot! I hear the Bjork, but I'm also getting a lot of a Sade vibe during the verse, which is a peanut butter and chocolate combination that I would have never expected. I want more!
Dig the variety of styles track to track with your voice being the only obvious connective tissue. This is a nice take on the Delta Blues style, clear influence, but it doesn’t seems derivative or like a pastiche.
This is really interesting. Beautiful harmony, and I like how light the production is without being simple.
BTW, thanks for the listens and comments. I just kept on cranking away on FAWM, but I appreciated them.
Beautiful. It's interesting that you can look at the visualizer and SEE where they first find each other. Your album is really the highlight of this year's RPM for me.
It’s been a fun February listening to both you and Andrew Russe achieve your goals. You have ended up with 10 songs, well crafted and recorded in a way that makes them interesting.
Absolutely Love this ........ I could see Plant and Krauss doing this one .....
got to love this! Very fun and now I'm craving a bit of green brew :). Beautiful vocals....so warm and rich.
That is a fun song that can be read in many different ways :). Nicely done!!! I feel a the bath calling me after listening to this. Oh, nice guitar solo here too.
That is amazing!!!!! I LOVE this. I also love the way in which it is composed....it's like an endless digital poem. Thank you for sharing!!!
another great collaboration! Love those lyrics (and where you're talking is super cool too). Excellent mix of styles in this too.
Cool song! I love that title too. The vocals are great....creates a great vibe. These challenges bring out such great music.
That's a great way to write a song! Love it. Has a cool Shuggie Otis vibe.
oh yeah....I love the synth feel to this. Those vocals are great and wild too...amazing feeling!!! Love it.
Wow! Nicely done and great collaboration (those are always the best). Congrats on your FAWM!!! I was away for a while .....it's a treat to come back and listen to the finished creations.
Perfect title for this! Beautiful piece...smooth and sweet.
Congrats on finishing your RPM!!! This is gorgeous and meditative. I love your style!!!!
very beautiful! I love the sentiment here.
Congratulations!!!! Ended with another amazing tune - YES! That is a wealth of creativity in you my friend. I look forward to hearing all your other tunes. I hope you took a good rest after all this!!!
Amazing how this came towards the end of the challenge...simply gorgeous. I don't hear any fatigue in it. A sad song though and I'm imagining the story behind it. Beautiful.
This is another great one!!! and catchy too. I also loved hearing your description of how this came about - I totally relate!!! I actually don't like most of my own songs. This song captures the spirit of these challenges :)
I can't help but comment again! This is fabulous!!! Love how it came about - thank you Mrs. R.
What a loving ballad .....just perfect. That "little guitar bit" found its home :) Beautiful vocals here too.
oh yeah!!! Great song and loving that chord progression. Beautiful with all the changes ...loving it. How did you do all this in such a short time period? Wow, wow, wow.
Another beautiful poetic song with such an excellent expressive performance. Love it!
I must take this train after hearing this song! What a great song :)....deserves a second comment.
Absolutely beautiful! Warm and an interesting narrative :). Loving it!
