Louis was back in the cellar last night and he was telling Reg how Blue he was and they got to jamming...............This morning i arrived at the cellar to find Bon was passed out in the corner....Dave was right with his guess....He could never…
@ Dave:
Why, Louie Armstrong, of course!
@ Reg:
I don't know brother - your basement is beginning to sound like the bar in Kubrick's "The Shining". I'm beginning to worry about you.
Reg has finally brought Bon round and he wants to get straight up and sing............Reg cant stop him ...Well, who can stop a man who's been on the shine... the only problem is that he is blind and he couldn't see the controls on the amp…

I really love this ongoing story with these characters....this is really good stuff....you have a damn rock-opera on you hands here. Drunken ramblings of a madman, long-forgotten rock legends, sadness and the blues, piano bar wisdom, all taking place in a cellar (like where the Beatles got their big break - Lennon in the other corner writing poems?).......its a world I wnat to visit, how can I find this magical cellar? Is there even a known address, or is it in between.......beauty stuff

Louis? who the hell is Louis........sounds like he is a strong-arm kind of guy. He bring his trumpet? What happened to Bon, passed out in the corner no doubt, could never hold his booze could he.

Hey this sounds a lot like Dan McCafferty singing though! :) Went on a sea cruise with Nazareth the other year. Memorable... Can't remember visiting the cellar but on the other hand I don't remember much anyhow.
Reg has left re-hab but now he has to fill those sober hours with something, so he has taken to people watching, but like everything in his life he has become addicted to it, listening in on there private conversation as he follows them, watching…
Reg was reading the paper today about the Spandex vigilante. Now Reg has got himself sorted becoming a superhero appeals to him. Ummmm about the suit i think it should be Blue to match my eyes with a large TTR motif of some sort on the chest in…

Well it had to happen sometime, he couldn't go on living the way he was, even with those full throttle hands there was no excuse, he was guilty....... guilty as charged........RPM2011

While Reg was travelling the country he met an old Indian gentleman called Abdul Aziz in a newsagents in the city of Bradford in the North of England while buying his morning paper. Reg struck up a conversation with the old man and they got on…
LYRICS:
With Or Without You
Try to get along but it takes two
It’s a Whole lot of me and not much you
Working myself right to the bone
Thinking that I am all alone
Just like a monkey up in the tree
Throwing your feces straight…
You want to be careful with that amusing yourself you can get hairs on the palms of your hands you know.......excellent instrumental....Are you keyboarded up now?
OK, so it’s a creepish song about Death, but how about my happening bass lines? This Psych Folk funeral dirge features Starry Nightmoth on KBs.
LOOK
Look in the mirror
See me standing there
Look out the window
See me everywhere…
A Blues number, and in the past it’s been one of my more popular songs. We’ll see how it does on AloneTone.
MY FAVORITE GUN
Pa had left us on the farm
Ten long years we raised the corn
Then he returned to Mama’s arms
To beat the sons…
GOOD-BYE
I don't want to say good-bye
But I have to go
Catch the train that's heading West
Do another show
I don't want to make you cry
There's no other way
Give your weary head a rest
Carry on the day
- Don't know how to say good…
I've spent my entire life worshiping this band. Worshiping this man. Ever want to know what somebody's soul sounds like? Here's all the pain, the anger, the frustration and the torture buried deep inside of mine. I hope I do this song justice…
This is a fun idea Greg has, and I can't wait to hear more.
He sent me an acoustic and vocal track and asked me to complete it.
I stayed up most of the night jammin' it. :)
It's a bit loose around the edges because I didn't work anything…
Here is my version of Greg's Cherry Pie...I took a little liberty with it and recorded a whole new song.....I think Greg said that would be ok!!
Tried to put the Sweet Ronnie Cream Cheese Mojo on it....good gawd!!!!
Recorded Friday, December 13th, 2013. Drums were generated using a Yamaha E313 keyboard. Vocals and all other instruments are my fault. Lyrics and composition by Stevie Wonder.
Igor sent me over this wonderful piano piece and asked if i would like to collaborate on it and i jumped at the chance.............Thank you Igor
Nigel & Mary's Waltz
Nigel said to Mary come Marry me
lets make a show we can both just be…
A Sea Shanty with a bit of Psychedelic seasoning. Guest artist Starry Nightmoth performs the “harmonica” on a Yamaha KB as the song fades out.
37 SAILS
Thirty-seven sails be a full rigged ship
Open up ye hatch and pour ye spirit down…
Remixed unplugged.
I removed all the electric guitars and synths.
I also replaced the lead with a harmonica, re-recorded my backups, and ran the bass track through a fretless patch.
I like this version.
Thanks Michael - You've been a wonderful…
