New one from me. It's ended up as a bit of a "crying into yer beer at Bob's Country Bunker" sort of song lol...
I've been sat on these lyrics in some form or another for absolutely years. I first wrote them one very dark night a few years after…
First new one from me in a long time.
Kind of a love song, I guess.
Recorded in my new "studio" (3rd bedroom in the new house). Almost up and running now... shine and don't stop wondering!

A new original from me. Another one-voice, one-guitar, "live" performance in my broom-cupboard. This time it's the good ole tin guitar.
I wrote this one in 2002 during the "dark years" lol. I've ummed and aahed over the years on whether to…
So I was locked in the broom-cupboard, checking out some old songs that need recording.
I'd just picked one and then suddenly this thing came out of nowehere. It started with one of those guitarist doodles that other musicians love so much…

A tale of keeping your head above the water, or not...
Recorded Jan-Feb 2011.
I wrote it many years ago, never thought I'd ever do anything with it.
I intended to record this with just an acoustic and my new EDB (electric upright bass…

THIS IS THE OLD YEURGH MIX - THERE IS ANOTHER ONE HIGHER UP THE LIST NOW, FULLY LOVED BY AR. THIS ONE IS LEFT HERE AS A MONUMENT TO SOMETHING OR OTHER (AND IN CASE YOU PREFER IT)
Acoustic ghost story. Recorded 2010.
Easter 2010 I decided…
I can't quite believe that I'm posting this, or that I've even recorded it. But I've played it like this sat on the sofa in the living room for many years, and I needed something to check out how to record a live "one vocal and one guitar" song…
Pop-rock song. Recorded 2009.
I wrote this several years earlier and rehearsed it with the last band I was in.
The recording was my first "serious" project on my Boss MBR, I was stunned that you could do something like this on a little silver…
Great stuff Andrew. Have a listen to my solo stuff...Tiggy Acworth. Many thanks for so many kind words...keep singing and eventually the world will hear!

A few months back we had a "Beatlesfest" on songcrafters.org.
I contributed this and Yesterday.
This one's a bit of a departure for me. Not the song itself - it's been one of my favourites ever since I was tiny (I preferred Robin Gibb's…
Oh yeah, I love me some Beatles! Any Beatles, even the trippier stuff (maybe especially, haha). This one is certainly a fave of mine, and you give a great rendition here. I did not know Robin Gibb had a version of this, dang Imma have to check that out too! You definitely have the soulfulness down, as I feel that's what the song entails. Great great great! =D

I could sit and chill with your music all day, it's quite relaxing and thoughtful. Much respect over here, lovin the smooth blues-y, folk-y sounds. Very very much so. And the stories you tell are impeccable, I can feel the emotion. You're very real. Keep it up!

I'm sorry to say I don't know the original, but your version.... well, wow! It reminds me of "Hallelujah" by Jeff Buckley.... I don't know why, but perhaps it's in the same vein. I don't know, but anyway, just beautiful, really.

No-one don’t know nothing (Lyrics)
Life’s got a little crazy since it all went bad
the angels up in heaven are looking down at me real sad
cause no-one knows my name cause…
My wife is slowly collaging the walls of our studio with random sayings and images from magazines, artwork, photography, album art ect... so I had the idea to pull all of my lyrics for this track from the walls.
LYRICS:
What's my next…
Reg is leaving in the morning...there's a great big world out there to see....Acoustic & Voice trying to play that Bb Harp.........
I can’t play it safe (Lyrics
i can hear you say you want to play it safe
but i’ve got dreams i want to…
I jumped on Chunks tune from over on Songcrafters...Thanks Chunk
I can't go forward for looking Back (Lyrics)

Fallen from Grace again (Lyrics)
before you judge take a walk in my mind
walk in my shoes if you’ve got the time
people don’t laugh i’m broken again
cause i’ve fallen from grace again
i’ve fallen from grace again…
"I'm dreaming of good times, hey baby what was your name?" - yes!
Love that riff. And that little cowbell count just puts a big smile on my face every time it appears...
Oh yeah, and a classy title too... lol
James said it: "Oh yeah..."
I've been listening a lot to the original recently, and this version's got the vibe. I'd love to hear a mix that you're happier with.
Oh, and some FINE harp playing.
Nice feel and gorgeous vocals. Nice one. And jingles/tingles at the end :-)
Have you guys got more sunshine than the rest of us? That's two tracks with a really summery vibe. How have you managed to summon that up? I'm frozen and shivering here...
Had this one written before the end of year. Finally hit the record button a couple of weeks ago with some electric rythym guitar tracks and built it from there. I was having a problem getting the song to mix right and had an idea to try a different…
Mark wrote the lyrics after waking up with them in his head. He didn't know what to do with them so sent them, entitled If I Say, to Lady Jane to play with. Then Jip sent some music, called Jozzy, to Lady Jane to play with. Being a lazy mare…
Music: Jip
Verse lyrics: Mark Goldsack
Chorus lyrics: Lady Jane
Lead recorder: Lady Jane
Vocals: Lady Jane
A wonderful collaboration that came about by Jip and Mark sending me music/lyrics totally independently and me having a eureka…
