I decided to tap into my latent '80s Depeche Mode subconscious, and this bouncy tune popped out! Ian Beardsley heard an earlier version of this and immediately detected Spanish flamenco hidden in the techno dance chords. I opened up the stage…

Imagine a Mexican quintette playing a fast waltz. There are 3 melodies played in 3/4 time, in a sort of non-standard ABCABC format. The title is a photographic/geographic/melodic play on words. There is a merging of European waltz and Mexican…

Trying out a Carol Kaye-inspired bassline here (not completely succesfull; gotta work on my timing some more) and again didn't manage to come up with lyrics. Espresso Martini is a really nice cocktail with coffee you can get at the club/bar where…

reminds me of the "the weakerthans". i really like the guitar tones . seeing how you can make changes, i would love to see and have been advocating for, a tab for lyrics. it can be a much richer experience if you can read along and not miss the music because you are straining to understand the story or message. i have been putting my words under the "ABOUT " tab but it isnt obvious to the listener. love your style and voice. tim

Another song for the RPM 2009 Challenge. This is sort of an interlude that reminds me of Penguin Cafe Orchestra but with a sort of industrial edge. Vocoder is featured.

The whole piece was 24 minutes long. It's a whole bunch of short poems that I wrote back in 1976, read one after the other, under which I added ambient sounds, playing some harmonica and banjo and using samples and effects of various types, synths…

i like this side of you. a great idea for the challenge. my first child was born in 1976. we lived in a house truck on the beach in ventura california. sounds as though you were near the water as well, 3000 miles away tim

This was done using a vocal track that Imogen Heap put up. This is my music to back that up. 90% of it was done using a roland guitar synth, the gr20

This song was inspired by the Life of Pi...and yes, i feel like a drifter at times, floating, going no where. I've been drifting i've been drifting for days going no where being driven by the waves driven mad by the wind and her voices…
