So sweet, so beautiful. ROCK ON! You're such a soul man, you're layin' the grooves with so much love and color and warmth -- it's good to know I can always find a Greg Connor tune when I need it, right here on alonetone -- fabulous!
I dig how you mixed and and mastered all the instruments in this song to support each other just so. Your picking style, executed and delivered with such sweetness, is down-right sexy! Always enjoy your voice too.

You always have such a good mix of instruments ... each one is unique but works so well with the others. Great playing all round, but I'll mention the bass specifically because it's such an important "frame". Really nice vocals too!
Life keeps trans-versing time, the things lost, the things to be found, and the moment we live in , Don't set out the dance, or decide not to go. Where ever you are be there.
AT THE RISK OF BEING ALL WET> Out on the perilous deep
Where danger silently creeps
And storm so violently sweep
You're drifting too far from the shore.
Chorus
Drifting too far from the shore

New original from me, hot off the old wotsit.
When it was half written yesterday, I was considering binning it as a throwaway exercise - I do that quite often. But I played the songwriting demo to someone else and, er, apparently I should finish…
Found this little chappie while I was preparing my latest original for loading.
It was a quick demo recorded on my Boss Micro BR sometime in October or so last year (2011) while I was working on Shine.
It was a sort of "blow the cobwebs out…

Hey Vern! Have you heard what Greg is singing now? We should sell the cow and get us one of these!
Now yer talkin', Greg. We know all about them ripe tomatoes!
I'm enjoying discovering your non-banjo stuff. Production is getting really good. Clean, nice sound image... something that still eludes me.
Always loved this Greg. Smooth & juicy....Good enough to eat !!
Got the wind in my hair Greg, All Six Strands !!! Good One

Another good old song.
You make it sound so easy. Well done.
Beautiful. I can see why your Aunt is proud of you!
This is one of my favorite songs.
This has, at least for me, an etherial quality to it. It's very interiging.
Very touching tribute and a great idea including the family.
Sad song. Congratulations on your 38 years. Just curious how many years you behaved yourself and how many you didn't.
This is a spine tingler. So now I have to ask . . . how does this relate to your family history?
Great Family Effort. I like the way it bounces along.
Sad song
Once again, great idea! The natural acoustics of the room really show off your guitar playing.
I may have set up the PA outside and play this for all the local canine. Then there would be some tail wagging for sure!
Beautiful What a great idea!
Great Message, and I like hearing that banjo.
Pretty acoustic sound. Very light and airy. I like the string bending too.
GOOD GAWD !!! Big Sound to fit the Big Legs. She must be a special gal.
Nice interpretation. This song brings back memories.
Different and interesting.
I think this is a masterpiece! You have captured the essence. My wife brings order to my chaos too, 36 years now.
Well played. After reading your notes I've decided to be nicer to you. Just kidding.
