...But now as I listen to this version, I think I prefer it... And I suspect that's how I'll feel every time I listen to either version. Ah, the beauty of great music.
Outstanding. I think I prefer this version as well. Both are outstanding. I say keep uploading multiple versions. Seeing the same great artist sing the same song on a different night is always a little bit different... And always worth hearing.
Yep, I think I prefer this version. It's real close though - I think it's one of those where the artist hears a big difference and the rest of us go yeah, cool... lol
Hey All!

Hooray for live takes! This is magnificent. At the same time both a perfectly sparse and wonderfully rich arrangement... And loving the acoustic jam to run the song out.
Keep the good stuff coming, Corbin!
This is an absolutely beautiful song written by Jon Foreman for his side project Fiction Family and I felt like givin it a shot soo I just kinda learnt it and threw it together theres a few flubbups but they kinda workout well in the end
enjoy :)
Version 3 by this song. I re-recorded the begining guitar with my M13 and different amp model. Sounds way better! :) then Made an outro part for it.
Same BPM - 150
Outro Chords - C#m - E - A
A Christmas song in the typical "Ridiculously Epic Obbster Power Ballad" style.

I'll weather this storm
this blizzard of days
goes on and on
holding out for a love that's strong
but it drifts away
I gotta keep on believing
Frozen in snow…

Joe Silence - guitars and vocals
Mark Cook - Chapman Stick, fretless bass, synthesizers
Victor Romero - drums and percussion
Recorded in 1991 by Mark Cook and Joe Blair at The Crypt and Spit Recorders

Lovely piano from Norbert Oldani - 5 string bass from me. We only wish we could have performed it live for you...
She hangs a little garden
so everyone can fit in her yard
when it's time to take tea
fills it up when they're walking about
they really knew how to twist and shout
and they're always going back that way again

missed this one. really enjoy flow of the guitar and the vocals.
great track!!!
Nice live take! Dig that outro too
I hear in images and somehow this is orange blossom falling from a tree...an Andalucian tree eventually...with Andy Partridge sat under it.
interesting, I like the acoustic sound and the chords you are using.
