Had written this one many years ago. I had it recorded originally in a different key and with different instrumentation but it I just was not happy with it. I deleted the original lyrics for the chorus and added a bridge section and lyrics. I…
The core of the music is heavily inspired by Joni Mitchell. Its been spinning around for years in my head so hearing this song finally recorded feels good.
Having more fun with Hendrix. I tried to stay true to the original as far as using no overdubs. Just one guitar, bass, drum and vocal track. Kind of used a mix approach and used a bit from the record and a bit from his live performance in Winterland…
billy boy where did you go
sittin in a pile of snow
come on down its gettin cold
for the time is getting old
well we made our way to the old wigwam
frozen lake and wind was calm
standing bow did strike a deer
to feed the tribe…

Wonderful song, James, very innocent and dreamy. It builds in increments very nicely and is well paced. Has a sort of Blue Nile meets Peter Gabriel flavor.

I threw this one together tonite/early am...yawnnnnn. Not an exact replica but always a tribute to Jimi's music. I was originally turned on to do this by some new free vst effects I found on the net. A cool fuzz face vst that is very realistic…
Okay Andrew R. , this ones for you bud. Had a little fun with it in the intro. That was the surprise.
I put the bass line down and arranged the drums Saturday morning and returned later that night about 10:00 pm . I worked until 2 am and laid…
Found a interesting sounding indian instrument via the computer world and strummed out chords on my lil midi guitar. Added some percussion, strings and a flute.

Demo version of a song I've been messing with.
I know what they're missing... The only girl.
I know what they're missing... The one and only in the world.

I’ve come this way like those before me
And those yet still to come
It fills me with a sense of wonder
To watch the rising sun
how many times
how many souls
Have acted out these scenes
It fills me with…

For you to speakSo it seems we lost our voice
Stripped down bare on copper line
Raw to subtle ears
I wait
On the line
I wait for you to speak
Of some good news to hear
While we talk ....
Can you speak your mind
I still wait for that old voice…
I must admit
I love fallen in love with you
It's not the easiest thing
but, what's a gal to do
I've been so good
I might even be a southern baptist
I must admit
I love fallen in love with you
I don't care that I'm just in the air
and another…
The imagery created in just 1 1/2 min is amazing. I am picturing an old house in the south, a big willow tree its dusk and a woman on the steps of the porch singing.

Reg went out last night to a bonfire party....Man does he meet some strange women...........so he got his £16 special down from the wall and penned this little ditty in rememberence...........

This song started as the riff on my Strat while fooling around with some FX. I knew it needed to be a big dance number, and then realized there is a great story about the power of music and dance, which I hid in the lyrics. See if you can figure…
This one started as a the title line while driving in my car. All I had was the line and it's melody. I built the song around that about 6 months later. The lyrics are self explanatory.
Never been happy with the original mix as it butchered Phil's drum work. He did an amazing job, and deserved better. So this is better...not as good as his playing, but better than it was.

Nice Stan. Very Soulful ...love how it opens up a bit at 3:30. Made my morning.
the guitars have a underlying feel dread just under the vocal. the emotion was captured perfectly.
Really good song KL. Probably the most honest way to display a song is to do it just like it was written. Top track.
this is excellent! kind of reminds me of Still you turn me on by ELP.
love the message. your spirit shines thru.
Love that line, Striped down bare on copper line. Very nice writing.
Damn rippin solo at the end man! Good God!Eating fretboards for lunch!

Top notch! Has a Zeppy feel. Another good track.
I know I have gave your tunes an ear before...this is some magical stuff. I will be searching thru your catalog often...
This is down low. Painful is the feeling captured here alright.
this is awesome! I am love this style of playing right in the realm of Hedges and Andy Mckee.
Big and Bad is your signature!
Its like a beautiful mixture of Deep Purple, and ELO to name a couple.
I always felt ballads in 3/4 allow the singer to emphasis the vocal anx lyrics. This is a great example.
Nice lively pro mix, great song. Love that halftime section!
ahhhh....great rendition.:)
That is some skankin'funk.
Made a beautiful.melody even more enchanting.
