Feline Skank
She's a scavenger with a hungry growl
on the graveyard shift she's on the prowl
She's a predator who steals your heart
She don't care if your rich or poor
That's not what she wants you for
To keep her amused is all she asks…
"Lovely tinkly bits" - Can't really top that for a comment, B lol
And it's so true!
Loved it all. I thought it was just OK when it started, not quite my kind of thing... But it grabbed my attention enough to stay, and then it just dragged me in. Faved by the end. Nice track.
Coming from a completely different space than I've been dwelling in for the past few hours - and very refreshing because of that.
Enjoyed it a great deal.

Title track of my new project, as my other group? The Seven Spiders. This song is experimental dub influenced chamber music, I am exploring the possibilities of humour in music trying to make the music itself amusing ... if that makes any sense…

Another one from my ambient crackpot series.

Reg is feeling a bit uneasy about his new love......is she getting too close too quickly......only time will tell....should he stay and feel the love?............
From the album of the same name, this track really was recorded on a dark and stormy night, just to see if any of the elemental turmoil going on outside would lend its ambience to the proceedings. The thunder claps came from a sound effects album…

After the damp squib of a start to the party it eventually got started and what a party it was........you should have been there....the whisky started to flow......it must have been the most debauched night down the cellar yet…
Chris sent this track to me earlier today with the request that I add some percussion to it.
I had something different in mind.
After the first take I was afraid to return it to him, fearing that he would convert it to 23 edo or something…
This is a recording of Norm and me playing together a few months ago. I didnt have any percussion instruments so Norm was on a Roland electric trap set and I had a cello. I looped some of the stuff we did that night, and retrofitted the rest…
Format Sea - Part Two
Based on the age-old concept that a person is born anew every seven years. It's technically meant in terms of physiology - you develop all new bones/muscle/fat in a seven year period. I kind of add a spiritual/alien abduction…
I had to write a lyric for this one on the last day and really had no good ideas. So, as the title says... A bit of a shame as I kinda liked the vocal melody and bassline. It's one of the lesser tracks now (together with the first one)

Hee hee Mr Wolf, I've certainly met a few. Skanks have no idea they are skanks. Nice one. :-)
Cool mr Wolf - slighly more pop-like than usual. Are you going to chance some lyrics to it?

Compelling tale and wonderful backing for it.
A great album - take your time with this one. Lie back with a good chardonnay, and relax.
Good song.
Amusing music makes perfect sense - some Zappa has me in hysterics.
Classy piece of work. The voice reminds me of the singer of a band called Yello. I loved them as well.
Sorry, I meant to say, I was listening to the song so intently, I almost missed the music, and then I realised how lovely it is.
Being as this is my wife's name, I had to hear it! I like the atmosphere and ambience. The vocals work well too. Nice work!
I can definitely hear a spot for a multiple vocal chorus and some leads. :)
Now that entertainment.

Following on from Sirens, good use of space and delicate sounds, haunting.
Chilling and atmospheric, nice.
Brilliant takes me back to a time I can't even remember, Elvis could have covered this ... excellent.
