Vanishing Point

Reefwalker

This song is not for everyone but I like it because its a live recording with a single instrument using infinity delay FX. (I turned on the loop delay at :09 after the guitar was flat on the floor.)
All the sounds are made with an acoustic bass. The siren sound is from whistling into the sound hole ect. I made the song looking into the sound hole with the guitar on the floor to not make any unwanted (and forever repeated) sounds. :) - the mono vocal on track 2 added afterwards.

This should be in a movie bro. I wanted it to be longer for some reason. Something profound about it.

Ha! Rick is right - you would be a great hypnotherapist.

From a percussion point of view, I like how you rotate the accented pulse throughout the beats of this ¾ pattern and particularly how you demonstrate the power of the off-beat at 1:36. Very southern hemisphere of you.

It’s very quiet Reef, but most compelling. I think the ticking works very well. I like the vox.
