This is a microtonal Jazz-ish piece produced with some newly developed techniques.
Norm Harris provides the excellent percussion. I probably could have made it easier on myself by not being so chromatic… but there it is.

This is one stereo track of 6 conga drums tuned, by ear, to roughly a chromatic scale (I don't know which one - perhaps I've gone micro-tonal!) coupled with a single track of ad-lib quinto (the high drum) and a "shuffle" groove on trap-set…
I couldn't get anything right today so I just mashed through a guitar track and overlayed vocals. But now I kind of like the song so it will have to be redone.

very nice,, i hope to hear more... i see you are in Chile,, i was down there and Argentina , in 1980,, lovely country,, wonderful people, i went there to climb cerro Aconcagua,, made it to about 22,600 just below the summit,, but then we almost,, ended our lives, so it was a good thing we came back instead ..... but it all turned out well in the end and i am still here... i spend many wonderful weeks in Chile after the climb,, it reminds me a lot of where i live in south cal,, nice work,, good to see you here R
