Hi again,,, i hope you realize that i used simple as a complement,,,many of the best compositions (Bach aside) are based on extremely simple motifs, and then explored (Beethoven comes to mind) that piece was simple,, and at the same time beautiful and interesting (not always true of simple stuff) the gift is to be able to be simple and yet still be sublime, or interesting, or dramatic, or any number of cool things at the same time,,, you have that gift,, often and over and over i hear such cool stuff coming out of your music,,, for me being able to be simple and yet wonderful at the same time is about the highest achievement a musician can be,, ,, anyway i enjoy you music very much Richard

I've always found that talking to God involves much more listening then talking. And listening to this is a pleasure, as my ear matures to appreciate micro-tonal work. And, I suspect, you will miss the view from the undisclosed location.

Ahem. It's a "Quartet in Space" only because actually physically putting these 5 guys in the same room would simply not be safe, but you can be certain it would sound fantastic.

You + a self-modified fretless guitar + a universe of microtonal possibilities = we’re never going to get you off of that thing! Brilliant! Bold move! I can’t wait to hear some more of this.

hey a George tribute would not be a bad thing! This is great version!! Excellent collaboration!

what I did was play two tracks of violin with a viola bow and 1 track of fretless guitar bowed with the viola bow and finger picked with your track. I then noise reduced the takes and sliced them into appropriate loops - with the two styles of playing fretless separate into 4 channels of Sonar's Matrix view. Then I wanted more time so I took your track and reversed it and tacked it onto the end. After that I set up matrix view with the loops and effects into 4 audio channels. (guitar rig, dblue glitch, lexicon reverb, cakewalk amp sim absynth 5 effects and camel space) Some of the clips got effects as well. I then performed matrix view live against your track + reversed track. This left the clips in the audio track - some of those I randomly reversed the audio here and there. Then I mastered and uploaded. One other thing I did to you track was impose a volume envelope and then put a compressor on top - those two things kinda fight it out.

I liked this quartet a lot - better than No. 4. Melodically it just appealed.
