Very rough sketch of something I am working on, with my even sketchier vocals. All about how we seem to be intent on using up everything this planet has to offer. Any ideas or comments please

Your avatar doesn't look like it would have such a young, sweet voice! ("Sweet" is probably not a great thing to say to a male singer, but I think it's fair.) I think this is a cracking track - great song-writing, lovely dreamy delivery. Can definitely hear room for strings, but think it can stand alone as is. Very nice!

did I comment on this yet..I gotta say it's brilliant. the transitions are great. From a cool groove to something totally different..and yet it works. cool how that goes...The bridge after intro..is frikkin awesome.

Just a little rock song.
New one from me. It's ended up as a bit of a "crying into yer beer at Bob's Country Bunker" sort of song lol...
I've been sat on these lyrics in some form or another for absolutely years. I first wrote them one very dark night a few years after…
They recon if you go down any mine in the world you'll find a Cornishman there working.
Colin did the vocals and twelve string
Matthew did Balron, whistle, backing vocals ect.
I did the acoustic and backing vocals.
Just another cover of one of my favorite songs from one of my favorite musicians. Yes, the entire song is written in haiku. I'm not really sure how she does it, but Sam can make words dance.
If we want to commune with the world the way the Goddess does, we’ve got to be Pantheosexuals . . . We've got to be experts in the art of Polymorphous Perverse Omnidirectional Goddess Diddling. Anything less is a lie, an obscene limitation…

I post the lyrics as well as they are probably hard to understand:
earth they tell you
has a problem
they suggest us
to be monsters
i don't believe
their theories
too many lies
scaremongering…
Lyrics:
Calling me, she comes in the night
the summer breeze is feeling right for me
Whisper to the wind
the dark angel forges her lights my way
Whisper to the wind
This Vision has complicated everything
now is not my time
Dark angel calls…

Wow- Nice effort! I must investigate Ableton- have an LE version that I've never used. This is great stuff
Much better 2nd time around. The intro is smoother too....Clicking between these 2 songs and you can really hear the difference.
Give it a while to get going please

Very cool - looking forward to the next goodbye. :-)
One thing I do like already about ableton is the ability to make and record a live mix

I like it Alan. I put some in my coffee. Very hot, sweet, and ready for cream.
Nice one! I too can hear strings on it just to fill it out a bit, or maybe even just double the guitar part.
