Begins softly, subtly...but when this explodes, it's astonishingly bright and beautiful. Candlelight -> Supernova.

I really wanted to choose this track but couldn't get myself organised in time, and was intimidated by it being the title track. I'm glad I didn't get my act together - I love this version. Uplifting and swinging, which my version wouldn't have been.

Haunting delivery!

I love the lyrics - in fact, the song-writing is amazing throughout this album, B. Really dig the moody arrangement here and Jon's voice is soulful and gritty in all the right ways - a perfect song choice for him...and his vocal on "to save my mother", just wow!

this is a great idea. I did an album based on the novels of Haruki Murakami and one based on "the Talisman" by Stephen King. It's in the grand tradition of musical composers to base one's art on other mediums and works and this is definitely a success!

I just realized the title of the CD has to do with pulling yourself away from this awesome music and getting back to work. No, I won't like it.
