millions and millions
angie fights crime

from the album “Sunny, sorta…”
hanging in the air
in the center of it all
throwing shadows on my face
and sparkles on the walls
like a key to the lock
that would open up everything
the very reason for being
and it’s waiting there for me
(sparkle, like a rainbow, remember, reminding)
there are millions and millions of worlds
beyond this one
so many people to meet, so many places to see
whatever you may find
when you open the door
not the answer you seek
though you’ve been here before
then the earth starts to shake
and the house falling down
better run for your life
with the treasure you found
(sparkle, like a rainbow, remember, reminding)
there are millions and millions of worlds
beyond this one
so many people to meet, so many places to see
there are millions and millions of worlds
beyond this one
and this place ain’t so great
but there’s nowhere I’d rather be
This is a great song! It would be fun to hear this played live in front of an audience. I'll bet you could really get them going!
the production is totally spot on - love the lyrics and music. I didn't know what the Angie Fights Crime project was about - I was missing out.
love it...great job...very neutral milk hotel with the fuzzy vocal at the beginning then into a my morning jacket meets U2 thing...another great Kinder surprise...
This is a special track. Love the melody and the lyrics. Very appealing music and I love Dave's vocal and the backing vocals. Great song Brent!
Fabulous build up and a great, professional sound. This is one of my favorites from Sunny, Sorta...
Begins softly, subtly...but when this explodes, it's astonishingly bright and beautiful. Candlelight -> Supernova.
i was debating between choosing this one or last confession...i'm glad i didn't pick this one after...i couldn't have have done this good of a job...excellent
