This song derived its title from being the 75th song I wrote in 2005... I'm not kidding! It was a breakout year for me, for songwriting and music production... As Beck is my witness!
It ended up on my 2006 album, 'Quip Hop'...

From a songwriting project I took part in, recording 17 songs in one day... This was created on the fly! The album ended up being called, 'Gandhi At The Buffet...'

A huge guilt trip to all non-aboriginals in the USA... I still feel this way... One should only listen if they are prepared to then get the hell out and give the land back to its natives...
This is the title track from my 2007 album...
OK we lost power at a critical point in recording for RPM. This one was written and recorded the day I had to pack up all my recording gear and borrow a room at a local public business which was on a different power grid. The wind had caused some…
A fine blend of harmonies with a glorious rhythm track. Best when listened to with a glass of orange juice in your hand. Also note the subtle changes from deflection to distraction with a hint of seasoning.
Is that pre-delay? I think I like it, though it causes my brain to hear this track as more of an artistic composition, than a literary expression... It may grow on us!
SHOES
During the Iraq war there was a traveling exhibit: On a mall they would line up pairs of boots. One pair for each American soldier killed in Iraq.

I like this track, with all the ideas flowing through it... Background vox are beautiful and spooky, simultaneously! My one suggestion would be to take the lead vocals down some, as they stand out too far in fron t of the mix, in my opinion... :)
Noodling with the "art guitar" in DADGAD tuning in the Serra sculpture Vortex at the FW MOMA. No fx added, all natural reverb/delay inside the structure.
For my Wife
Liz and the boy are currently staying with her sister by the coast.
Just to catch some chill time after all that has happened this year.
They are gonna spend the school holidays up there.
Should be cool for the both of…
You know when you just become so familiar with your daily coffee place, or lounging area, that you just draw comfort at the sight of familiar faces? And when they're not there it irks you?
Also, anyone who draws a smiley face on coffee cups before…
First new one from me in a long time.
Kind of a love song, I guess.
Recorded in my new "studio" (3rd bedroom in the new house). Almost up and running now... shine and don't stop wondering!

This is fun! So many different parallel ideas happening simultaneously... The sequenced keys, the heartbeat, and the Beck-like words... Makes me want to tap all ten fingers in 10 different ways!

Violet Beauregard: What is this, a freak out? very cool, in the walls melting kinda way. Production and mix is well done, as well! g'job, CMOR.
Love the play on words, most people won't know what a serf is ... the Beach Boys would be proud of this. Good video again.
Cool mellow song and video's great, song very 1970's love it!!

This is a fun soundscape... It tells a very interesting story!
This is a very intoxicating flavor, between the melody and the music and the content... Great job!
This wore down my patience and I finally turned it off... But you made me grin!
This invites me in, especially with the voice... I haven't deciphered it yet, but it sounds wise...
So beautiful... Looking inward through the outward, all becomes clear... I am now stillness, for 3:08 at least!
