When love is no longer enough....
Stay Awake
I hear every little sound,
Every breath, hearts beating,
They're breathing....
See the passion in her heart,
A witness of her fire,
Desire....
I feel myself drifting off,
The pillow…
Haha, this is really catchy! It's been going around my head since it finished, so I'm back for another bite! Love that verse melody against the brooding guitar line - super double extra hooky!

Although I think I like this version the best, a longer break in the middle (at 2:40 there is a short one) with some ambient shalalas would be cool, just to break it up a bit. Just my op., the song and production are great as is.
This is my first serious attempt at making music. It is a short song about a moment of timelessness, where the present feels like the continuation of yesterday, and future is just continuation of the present. A day that will last for eternity…

Great stuff. This reminds me of music I listened to as a teenager and I enjoy it a lot. Love it when it picks up a notch at the 0:49 mark. Sounds great in mono BTW. Excellent production and mixing. Well done!
Thanks for your recent comment on my song Tuba Man.
I enjoyed this little record. Nice tunes and solid vocals. The brass patches in this song are very non-idiomatic... as if that was the point. If so, I agree with the sentiment.
oh, really? I have heard few, and i mean 'few' useful applications of the auto tune. This was exceptional, in the vein of certain five piece bands I admire, but totally casual. this song rocks aside
bang bang bang i am still missing my e string but i dont care. i bought an old bass drum from a second hand shop. caaaaaaaaaraaaaaaaaa she gave me a ribbon

This is dark and heavy! Kind of like underground shock rock from the 70s! Way cool! Awesome chorus/bridge vocals!!!!!
