This was my last rpm2010 piece. i had recorded the rhythm track in early feb, and put the triple mandolin harmonies on at the very end of feb. i really love mandolin harmonies...this has more of a mediterranean vibe...

Mining the archives a bit. This is an alternate take of my "Jimi Jam" from a couple of years ago. Live to 2 tracks with the Jamman. Really only sounds OK when cranked up loud enough that your eardrums threaten to meet in the middle. LOL!!

Sitting around in my shop a couple of days ago with the Goodall and the Zoom H4N. First time I've really messed with using the internal mics on the H4N in multitrack mode
I'm hearing a mixture of vocal influences - Tracy Bonham, Letters To Cleo, maybe even a little Splashdown.
Overall, this flows nicely - the only thing you may want to do is pull back a little on the open hi-hat in the background.
