Mini Van
I’m driving my Mini Van around
I’m driving it everywhere in town
I’m driving my Mini Van
Try to catch me if you can
I’m driving my Mini Van around
Seems Like I can always catch the eye…

I got my paddle in my hand
Take me far away from here

come away, come away
away from trouble
away from care
come away, come away
away from sorrow
away from fear
may the cool wind find you

gather you in
weary day behind you

This is "Hands Down" my favorite so far.
I love that image "May the cool wind find you ..."
And of course the Irish whistle ... well that just fills me with envy!
Music and lyrics by Brian Vaughn.
I shouldn't have to say this, but I can't stand this silence.
And I wonder if you know what i'm going through.
It seems way too common for words and acts to disagree,
But I expected more from you.

This is what the creative process looks like. The music, especially the guitar playing if unique and captivating.
The singing is different too. I think it's the phrasing that is catching my attention.
Well Done!
So I dropped the guitar into DADGAD tuning for the first time, threw a capo on the third fret, rifled off something nice, and sent it to Movement to Contact for his contribution, got it back, did some mixing...
Here is the result.

Comments on Greg Connor's stuff
Lovin your mix. Gotta get a bicycle built for two,so I can get people asking about the empty seat. Give em somethin to talk about.
A freind of mine still drives an old 1970's mini van. Its really small and blue?
Vickie says thru laughter tears," There is just something about a MiniVan man" Hell No, I m' walking.
If this van is rockin'

I built up an appetite listening to "My Little Garden". I like this Folk Music Style a lot. Nice one Terry! Keep them coming.
Quite an image Roger! I wonder how many of us will be there to greet you when you get there? Nice swing to this song, and very relaxed.

Igor ... You have the touch!
This one is good too, although, I think you hit the bullseye on your last version.
I like the sparse sound. Of course, I'm a sucker for just guitar and voice.
Another good one Roger!
I'm lonesome now ... thank you very much! You have some nice licks on that guitar and harmonica too.
Good Song, it reminded me of the early 70's style music.
"That's Alright" works better than coffee in the morning.
Great way to start the day! It was fun to find you this morning.
Great message, and unique style.

You really caught me with this one. It's addictive!
This is a great song! It would be fun to hear this played live in front of an audience. I'll bet you could really get them going!
