Holy wow, now that's really something. right up there with anything in the profession. A little male baritone could be nice in there too. Still powerful as industry standards go.You all have hit on a sound that possibly will make you some money.
"Hey Motorman" was written for the 100 year celebration of the Ariel Lift Bridge.
The bridge was originally built in 1907 with a gondola that went from side to side carrying passengers and vehicles. It was later replaced with a lift system.

Trading Smiles
Trading smiles on a cloudy day
Wish good fortune come your way
A passing glance, I’m on my way
Trading smiles
Courtesy seems all but gone
No idea what went wrong
For most of us, it’s been too long

Lyrics
Cry of Love
Cry of love, heard in the meadow
Watching the wind blow
With love in the air
Cry of love, answered by another
Who courts the same lovers
With sounds of despair
Cry of love, heard in the daylight
Still crying…
My goodness, my listens this evening have been such a pleasure.
A beautiful song, and of course he does Greg! Look at him, isn't he gorgeous?
Cool banjo!
Lyrics:
Crazy people, wander round all night
Looking toward the Heavens
At little specs of light
Dragging round their telescopes
And Binoculars
All the tools they need to gaze among the stars
Crazy people, look at what they do…
Lyrics
Cry of Love
Cry of love, heard in the meadow
Watching the wind blow
With love in the air
Cry of love, answered by another
Who courts the same lovers
With sounds of despair
Cry of love, heard in the daylight
Still crying…

And here's another song from 1994, with a sparkling new "Andrew Russe Band" arrangement fresh from the broom-cupboard.
Like most of my songs, it was written with an acoustic guitar, a pen, and an A4 pad. The ones…

Well I'm down
I am falling to the ground…
You got the groove. Those licks really caught me. Nice reminder of a band called Dirty Thump.
You post one great song after another. Great listening pleasure.

And this is the last of the little threesome of In Your Hands, Little Thing, and this one, When I Try To Be Me.
It's in the key of 4th fret and was written just over a month later than the other two, on 19th March…
I was looking through my messages and found this collab i did with Kari a while back in 2017 i had forgotten all about. so pleased i found it thanks Kari
Do you ever have an idea / song that you just need to get out of you and recorded, even though it's so rough that you'll want to re-do it over and over again? This is one of those for me....
Drive Until The Signal Dies
Verse 1
Your Silence…
Now that’s a powerful song! I could feel the emotion dripping out of it. Great visual image of “drive until the signal dies”. Well done! You have raised the standard for all of us . . . again.

Now here's a bit of an oldie - the second song I ever wrote. In... 1978!
I think I played it once, or maybe twice, at school assemblies. My musical peers and colleagues back then dismissed it as corny/rancid pop music…
That’s a long way back! Long before any of us could easily record at home. It’s a fun song that you have held onto all these years.
I wonder we’re the next generation of musicians are? The garage bands, kids dragging instruments around, all that seems to be gone. You’re song has managed to bring back the memories of my youth.
This is the last song on The edge of Winter but it is not finished there is another part yet to be written ...
Winter's tale of woe : Part 1 - The end of winter. Part 2 - The last snowstorm
GONE - My sequester song...
Chain wrapped around the dog park gate
Weeds growing on the school yard lawn
Where has everybody gone
The chairs are stacked
And the stage is dusty
And my strings are getting rusty...

You know this story the apple tree, the snake.
it takes Hope and latin drums to kill a snake
don't leave home without your hand drum and you will thrive
The desert heat can twist a mode as the ears suffer a mirage .
Twist twisted spin in the heat your senses are turned senselessly swirling octaves high
Made possible by Gibson’s brilliant P - 90 ‘s
