This is the instrumental version of the song. I have poetry to go with it, but I don’t sing. I’ll get someone to add a vocal track to this soon.

You guys make me comfortable to workshop ideas and post things I have never thought to play for people before. The greatest thing is that I notice that there is a very minimal amount of "smoke blowing" here compared to reverb nation, Sound cloud and godforbid FB! I love the genuine responses here. And PLEASE feel free to critique anything that isn't up to par. I thrive and even excel from it. God I miss the little things! Thanks again to everyone that has popped in and listened through my recordings! It humbles me and I hope with some honest feedback to motivate me that I will rediscover my love for creating music I am genuinely proud of! Much love to you guys and that one loan gal ;)

Your pops is right on man, be yourself and let it rip. I can only speak for myself but I love and appreciate it all, well almost all anyway. I think many others here feel the same. Make music that you like, if others don't like it....too bad for them. We want to hear it all, even if it's a recording of a lawn mower running without oil. Art man, art! Dooooo it!

You said, "I’m still not exactly sure what kind of music gets favored on this site." You can't go wrong here, whatever you post. It's all here: Electronica, Metal, Blues, Country, Sea Shanties, Classical, Irish Ballads, Hip Hop, and stuff so far out of the box that you simply cannot stick a label on it. Just do your thing, and being your father, I know better than anybody how you don't let yourself get pegged down to one genre, but I believe you'll find many here who will appreciate and respect that. Welcome to AloneTone, and do your thing!

What type of melody comes to mind when you hear this? I have a little diddy, i write lyrics and especially melodies. Most people don't realize how important a great melody is to any song. I always cherish the ideas that my instrumentals my inspire in other people.

Very nice - looking forward to vox mix.

Thank you sincerely. I really appreciate the feedback. When you play every instrument it's extremely tough to see past the tiny flaws in each of the individual instrument tracks to the bigger picture.
