acapella vocal loop
In the bleak midwinter
Frosty wind made moan
Earth stood hard as iron
Water turned to stone
Snow had fallen
Snow on snow on snow
In the bleak midwinter
Long, long ago

Very evocative....I remember seeing a meteor shower in rthe UK mid eighties...the display, well it was gobsmacking....which means it leaves you speechless ! 80)
I usually like lyrics, but in this case (to answer your question) less is more. I like the way this hangs together on it's own.
As I said earlier, VERY PRETTY
most lovely ,,,, im not much of a singer myself, but if there are words that call to you why not give it a go,,, then we can all have 2 songs to fav...... the cadence of this is very nice and most comforting ,,, merry mid winter
Thanks Kirk, Jarvis. It's an Epiphone mando I borrowed from a friend. I'm supposed to be laying down some tracks for a song, but have gotten sidetracked, experimenting with it ;)

When I sent this song off to Jim, he sent back tracks for a second rhythm guitar, lead guitar, and drums. Bass soon followed, and Kavin's slide dropped in nicely. Just thought I'd let y'all have a listen to what came back to me…
Cool. In many ways I like this one better. Not so much ME, and Jim does some lead. Nothing against Norm, but the drums work better here and seem to propel the song more.
Recorded in 2008.

Partita for solo violoncello was composed for Sumire Kudo in the spring of 2007. Although it is a single movement work, its form derives from a collage-like assemblage of diverse materials that can be heard as fragments of movements from an imagined…

One of my favourite Christmas carols beautifully played sir.
Dreamily. Singing, being intimate, should not destroy magic here. The main thing - do not overdo with it ;-)

Santana called, wants his bongo player back. Great live track!
Actually quite good Tipu. Much to be said for subtlety and minimalism.
Nice chords and playing.
