Sounds like this was recorded outside in the evening.... *wonderful* ambiance! Of course, it goes without saying (though I'm compelled to say it anyway) that your performance is stellar. Inspiring, to say the least! Thanks for sharing, Kirk!

Similar in feel to the other Fragile Moment track. Mostly acoustic guitars recorded sitting in my shop on the H4N and then finished up in Cubase just this morning. September 9 09. Maybe a nice one for bedtime
More stuff from the ancient archives rescued from the same cassette tape as Last Nights Fun. This time a set of 3 Irish reels Live at a concert back around 1992

Archival stuff from my distant past with former bandmates in Scartaglen. A set of traditional Irish tunes. Rescued from a cassette tape done at a concert back in the early 90's. Myself on Uilleann pipes and whistle. Mike dugger on guitar and fiddle…
I'm a complete idiot when it comes to all things midi related. Recently got myself a midi keyboard though and came up with this short piece just messing with sounds in Proteus. Really looking forward to the possibilities of combining this sort…

What happened after too much time on youtube watching live vids of "voodoo chile" Noisy obnoxious and very cathartic for me! Live to 2tracks with the Jamman
Another one from back when I was tracking to actual tape. Was going to do a new version at some point, but decided I had lost interest. Sometimes there's no sense in recreating the past! Recorded probably the beginning of 2007
Straight ahead stone city electric blues for an old friend who used to spend hours spinning BB King and Mike Bloomfield records for me. Recorded back sometime at the end of 2006 on old analog equipment
Mining the archives a bit. This is an alternate take of my "Jimi Jam" from a couple of years ago. Live to 2 tracks with the Jamman. Really only sounds OK when cranked up loud enough that your eardrums threaten to meet in the middle. LOL!!

Something completely different- Uilleann pipes(Irish bagpipes) and synth. I wrote this tune over 20 years ago in the style of traditional Irish slow airs. It was recorded way back in 1991 for an album that's been out of print for over 15 years…

My girlfriend came to the music store with me yesterday to get my new delay pedal and she patiently waited while i checked it out.. so this is dedicated to her.
Musically, I tried to create a rhythm and texture using only natural harmonics…
My first serious/non-serious effort on the [Everyday Looper iPhone app](http://www.mancingdolecules.com/everyday-looper/).

Ok, everybody. I hope you can hang in there on this one. Yes it's longer. This is the fruit of Steve and my's first collaboration. He'd heard me do this at a party, got in touch with me, and said, "I'd like to collaborate on this, if you're okay…
This song has been around for a couple years and only played on guitar and sang by me. I added the rest of the song playing around with Cakewalk Sonar. Guitar rig for vocals and of course guitar. Forget what synth I used for the lead part…
I spent 15 hours composing and playing this or, I should rather say, this is the sole product of 15 hours of sitting with Live & my piano.
I think there is the kernel of something good in it (and I intend to explore that later) but the…
Electric remake of one of my earlier tunes, "Truth". I'm probably not through with it. I typed every bit of percussion in with my computer keyboard! I hope it sounds good to you. Let me know, I can tweak it. The bass is mainly drones I set up…
A happy kind of electro pot-pourri.
The process:
- find a sound, noodle in Ab
- find another sound, develop a compatible noodle
- repeat a couple of times
- program a beat
- add replicant
- find other sounds for a B section
- find more sounds…
Another ambient noodle for this weekends 24 in 24.
The process:
- record a bunch of Plinkton (iphone app)
- dupe the tracks a couple of times, screw with the warping tempo
- add camelphat to one, camelspace to the other, leave the third alone…
An ambient anthemic piece.
The process:
- Start with a live take of me playing an iphone app called tonepad.
- add camelphat and camelspace
- add an Alchemy instance, find a big fat pad, work out a riff
- record a single take accompanying the…

After a long hard day at work, come home & listen to this one.... Love the reverb i can never seem to get on my recordings!
Reminds me of Robin Trower, very cool!
