Not to start a George tribute, but here's a cover I did with Facemask93 that I really love. All I did was bass, backing vox and the drum pattern arrangement - I did feel a little like a dope trying to sing along with Rob's amazing voice, but will…

A little scratch track from a few months ago. A song about the trials and tribulations of being 11 years old. Watching Six Million Dollar Man, dodging bullies and pretending our bicycles were Harleys.
I was at a friends house and saw a little…
Just getting back into the groove here again....and groove is right ...this is spot on ...I thought it was going to be a cover of that other valerie song the one Amy Winebar did....and some other britband....but this is loads better ....cool...see ya
Jarvo
I had some lyrics describing a late nite cake baking experience kicking around. If I have a lot on my mind, dirtying every dish in the house seems like the right thing to do.
I stole some cool percussion from Norm and went to work. I also…
With my buddy Tod's killer drum track! Miss all you guys, I can't keep up...
Created on the Boss Micro BR.
I'm a faker, a shaker
A melody maker
At the bottom of my bowl
Is an oatmeal quaker
A grampy, a bampy
Make a killer shrimp scampi
Got…
still one of my personal faves. - although i'd wish to redo some parts, i'm stuck with this version, since i don't own one of the synths used there anymore..
(original photo)
I picked up on one of Norm's wonderful grooves.
I added some bass, guitar, horns, and a basic drum track. Kicker and snare with a few cymbols. I didn't want to walk on Norm's fine, fine, percussion.
Thanks Norm for allowing me the opportunity…
A second version with the initial lead guitar standing alone...a little cluttered after a few listens and some constructive feedback!
Norm's Groove for St Monica inspired this one. Thanks Norm!
Lead Guitar, bass guitar and acoustic guitar…
A long over due changing of the acoustic strings led to this epic production. 40 tracks and 34 plug-ins. Good Gravy that's a boat load of tracks. All kinds of stuff happening.
Enjoy!
you spend your days and your night times
bustin' ass…

Nothing special, the last track I wrote and recorded for this unfinished CD.
last eve there was a beautiful moon
dancing in a blue black sky
outside my piano room, it called to me
this tune is a one take playful moment, loosely based on the main theme from the 2nd mov of my piano sonata,,, i only toned down about…
More stuff from the ancient archives rescued from the same cassette tape as Last Nights Fun. This time a set of 3 Irish reels Live at a concert back around 1992
WARNING! ADULT CONTENT or goofy great........
After a week of computer crashes, I finally got my gear all back to normal. I got my drum kit hooked up yesterday and did a test run which led to this bit of Saturday morning fun that only
proves…
Archival stuff from my distant past with former bandmates in Scartaglen. A set of traditional Irish tunes. Rescued from a cassette tape done at a concert back in the early 90's. Myself on Uilleann pipes and whistle. Mike dugger on guitar and fiddle…
This is a microtonal Jazz-ish piece produced with some newly developed techniques.
Norm Harris provides the excellent percussion. I probably could have made it easier on myself by not being so chromatic… but there it is.
The piano, bass…
A personal anti-war song...or something like that !-)

I wrote this song,
It came from the inside,
Because of that,
I can make it stop.

Thanks, bro.
Everything I do is recorded with a Boss Micro BR, either plugged in to the guitar jack or using the built in mic for acoustic/vox. Sometimes I'll upload the tracks to audacity for further mixing, but not very often.
This is a 3/16 Bembe on tuned congas, played with mallets. I've arranged it (at the very kind suggestion of Vaisvil & ReefWalker) in a verse/chorus/bridge/capo fashion to get away from a straight pattern - I think this sort of arrangement…

Dig the Late '60's Psychedelic flavor! Rock on!
we like this over here in NYC, nicely done. If that's a bass doing the bass line, dope little riff there.
So good... everything!
Fab song, that bass line gets right inside my muscles and shakes me till i drop. I love that name Valerie, with a name like that she must be alright.
Cool!!!
It's often really useful listening to someone else's recent alonetone favourites. A class bowl of noodles, sir!
Nice interpretation. This song brings back memories.
