i started this song in may, finaly got it done. much too much going on in my life.
the big thing is i will be moving out of state. packing everyday and no longer have
any time nor access to my music or instruments. this one was done but sitting…
Dark Black Sabbath type riffs. Creepy, like a whole ghost story being acted out in front of us. Excellent! Pity you are leaving, hope you can make it back one day. Good luck buddy!
drowning out the screams of my insanity.
another insane song. :P this one starts off soft and progresses to a more metal proggish song.
it runs almost 9:30 mins. thanks for giving a listen.

this is a dual title song. dark and gloomy as usual and has the live feel i often go for.
the lyrics are no big deal. they can mean whatever you want them to.
running time is about 7:30. thanks for your time and listen…
one of my fav moody's songs.
it would have turned out far better if i had a melotron. (i wish!) this is an ecological song.
i had it running in my head for the last week, and so much so it was also playing in a dream i had,
so i figured it…

this is a song about dr pretorious from the movie - the bride of frankenstein.
from the time he met the monster onwards. it's basically a straight up metal song or perhaps better
called - horror metal!.it runs about 9:30 mins. if you like metal…
I *REALLY* dug this! I wrote a song from the perspective of the monster -- you might be interested in taking a listen to it. But it's not Metal, so you may not care for it. While I am into a wiiiiide variety of genres, I realize most people don't, but here's the link, just in case:

this is a 3 part song. the beginning - syntro - is a spacey psyche thing.
just before the 1 min mark changes to the main song called - i saw - which is a hard rock - metal song.
at almost the 6 minute mark, it comes to the ending part called…
mesmerization is a mellow prog rock song for the first 5 mins. then a little heavier for the last 3 mins. the lyrics are thoughts and observations. this song marks my 100th since rising from the dead as a musician. 44 songs were covers, the rest…
70's oldies! classic one
like the color given to the song
fuzzy rhythm, free flowing vocal, dynamic song section, also can't beat those synth lead. i hv a good time, honestly!

here is my cover of the turtles covering the byrds with - you showed me. one of the mellower songs i've done in my collection of creations.
i spent many hours on it, there is a harmony blunder very briefly, about half way through but other than…
chris. in this one i used no fuzz no distortion, i had considered it but i didnt want it too heavy. i used amplifier vsts. and brought down the distortion and pre amp, etc. even for the leads. if i used my fuzzes and distrotion vsts, it would have been heavy heavy heavy! i wanted it closer to what cooper was doing.
actually this is early 76. prob about late may. i recall cause we just got steve in the band, and already he was talking to mohsen about kicking me out of the band. go figure!
a song about an old flame that just won't burn out. it's a ballad of sorts, with a harder ending. i did this in about 7 hours. in the middle section i am playing guitar without a pick for the first time in a recording (big deal hey?)

Apocrypha is a progressive rock song in the sense of Rush more than ELP or Yes. I had come up with the guitar and via my GR-20 the strings - everything else you hear was performed by my long time collaborator Frank Miller (Phantasm777) - so that…
this is based on an improve from back in jan 75, then guitarist - chris layed this riff out and i never forgot it. it was the first time i was in a band as a bassist. the rest of the riffs are mine and everything else disastrous done in this song…
thanks, i think you mean the key solo, i decided not to try thier solo and do my own almost inna godda da vita, type keys. also in the second go round of vocals, i made the guitar chord play backwards for the background.
With Frank Miller on drums and bass as the band "2" - a rescue of a late 90's song grabbed from 4-track.

a song about hoping for the best for all of us. the ending riff is about angst and disapointment and i use a flange on the ending lead guitar work. the closing of the song inspired me to make another song called locked door to my soul.
thanks, thats a flange, i have come to see how both cn be similair yet completely different as well, cool effects to have, flange and pahse, among others.

Man you nailed it - your vocals are especially powerful at the end.
Man this is great to happen upon again!

the wizard would be kinda hard with no harmonica.
