I know some Roller Derby girls, there was talk about some local bands contributing to a Roller Derby themed album so I wrote this.

one of my favourite tracks. It is quite emotional with the sampled haunting chant. I like ethnic sounds and purchase the samples from Sampling websites an of course then I edit them by putting them through reverbs, delays , filters, etc.

Looped, layered, slowed, and faded. Nice and easy.
