Stunningly beautiful...
I wish I listened to these in order now....
You write a real journey bro!
A storey I want to hear!
The way you condense each section into easily digestible parts is a fine skill!
Every change comes at just the right point to my ears....
Love it!
The long sustain on the piano and the Moorish progressions do give this a "warm desert" feel, very contemplative and soothing. The flute accompaniment was a nice touch... I'd love to meet the flute player, she has quite a set of lungs (smirk)... those are some long un-interrupted passages of notes... that, plus the quiet beauty of this kept me holding my breath. Nice!

Great cover! Manzarek had the ability to hold down the bass line (the Doors didn't have a bassist) and do those wonderful Bach-ish runs simultaneously. You've got that going on here too.
This is a great version, and I really enjoyed it! It's quit uncanny, but I just recently listened to Robby Krieger's "Versions", in which he covered his band's song as well. JM is great, but for some reason I always loved this one as an instrumental.
Very good piano playing, my friend!
It is my desire to free the inner child, to see like a child sees, to be in awe of my surroundings.
Wake up, little child, come out of hiding
I don't, i don't want to hurt you anymore
I want to see the world through your eyes.
seeing the world with wonder, awe, a little fear,, simplicity, magic,, openness,,
this is a lovely poem to that thought, hope, wish,,prayer,,, well spoken mr. Sweet
This is a short soft Jazz piece I found while playing through a few chords this evening.
Guitar split (GR-20) left and right + (GR-20) sax.
Maybe a certain percussionist might join in when he can?
A simple post-rock jam. First guitar-only track with my new rig, recorded through a Zoom H4n. Figuring out how to play live without any computers...

This causes some friction sometimes.... LOL!!!!!!!

This is my first effort with real bongos. I've been so inspired by Norm's talents, that I had to give it a try. I borrowed a set of bongos from my brother Asa.

I have issues at my house, sometimes they manifest themselves in my tracks. In this case, the bassoon and oboe represent the mouse. The guitar is the peanut-butter.
lovely,, a great travel through sound space,,, many thoughts/feelings through the mind while i listen... is there perhaps a bit of north African influence in this and some of your other work? something about this (not just the percussion) seems to have a Arabic/ med feeling... anyhow... well done once again R
As chance had it, I found myself in an acoustically great room, full of cajons! Well, they were unfinished cabinets actually, but they had lovely tones. Since this is the stuff dreams are made of, I had no choice but to seize the opportunity and…
Hi - thought I'd throw up an older piece today while I have time (doing work at the new house later). This is an improvisation with my Fender Mustang / Roland GR-20 combination retuned on the fly to 9 notes per octave "Sorog" tuning. I think…
I had not touched my keyboard for a long time - couple months? So it was inspiring to play it again. I set it up in the living room of the new house and played pianoteq on my laptop using a Just Intonation tuning (below). Actually I had to improvise…
Cant sleep....
Thought I'd write a Tune....
Had to be fairly Quiet on this, so as not to wake the Baby...
Hope you Like it.

Old music library track. I recorded this with a cheap Yamaha keyboard my step-father gave me. Wish I would have add little more to the repeat of the melody, but I think I…
Really nothing more than some voice leading practice. Unfortunately, I had no keyboard or orchestral samples when I did this, so I used Lilypond and TiMidity++ and step programmed it in a text editor. I've since bought Cubase and EastWest/QuantumLeap…
very 18th century classical in sound,,, a very clean sound (when i try to mix multiple tracks of this type of instruments it often seems muddy to me, but this is clear),, are you by chance a Haydn or Mozart fan?,, really nice,, you give me inspiration to try something like this well played R
really very beautiful, and rich sounding, a lot of cool musical thoughts making a tapestry of sound,,, very nice,, the percussion underlying this is very interesting... i will be looking to see you guys on a movie track in the future well played

Midi demo written in vi on a Linux laptop.
Piano music created at the command line on a Linux laptop.
These are the first tunes I composed after switching from performing to writing. I don't own a piano…
once again,,, very wonderful,,,,, i will have to check out mr nevue
these tunes all have a certain cleanness and simplicity that i find intoxicating (simplicity is a complement as far as i am concerned, it takes a high degree of skill to be both simple and interesting and excellent all at the same time,, at least as far as i am concerned) well well played/keyed R

Oh dark and glorious! Brilliant!!
Mesmerizing arpeggios... intriguing to hear the melody rise out of it all.
Another flashing chance at bliss...I love The Doors, this is a very creative cover -

Все композиции повествуют (рассказывают) о чём-то жизненном, важном...
Интересный инструментальный дуэт, задумчивый и филосовский...
beautiful!
Quiet, but takes me oh so deep. Beautiful

I enjoyed this album Richard. Very pleasant. A bit of charm, some class, and some top notch piano playing.
I'm still waiting for a left handed piano. I want the keys to go the other way :)
Gorgeous!
