Never been happy with the original mix as it butchered Phil's drum work. He did an amazing job, and deserved better. So this is better...not as good as his playing, but better than it was.

I was trying to compose a piece for guitar students to introduce Diminished chords, along with other chords learned to date in the lesson plan. This came out. I'm pretty happy with it.
Hiya, I was just going and saw you had uploaded!
Pretty whistle played piece here. Sounds beautifully refreshing. My little ladies will like this and they love to dance.
All sounds via a Kurzweil 2000 Synth Module.
I love Jethro Tull, and this song is a large part of why. I did not want to simply recreate Aqualung...Ian and JT do the best possible version. I just wanted to pay homage to it. This follows the…

My old buddy and collaboration partner Phil Close joined me on what is at or near the last song for my last album. I wrote the song and sang--Phil did everything else you hear. Dance in the New Year.
Dance, Little Sister.
Dance till you…
Reg was sat below the cliff having a sneaky smoke and he couldn't believe what he was witnessing ......I recorded the acoustic with the mic then added bass then a bit of piano and string then the tele then I decided what the subject would be and…
I recently retired and for the past 4 months I've been telling people "All that's left are the stories". There will be no more of the glamor and prestige.
When I saw the May songwriting challenge offered by Minnesota Homebrew Radio Show…
I wrote this story with the intent to let the listener decide for themselves who the common thread may be.... But for me I'll dedicate this to my dear family and long time friends. Thanks for always being there for me.
I hope you enjoy…
It's sad that I will never be this cool. Genre-mashing at it's most interesting. Reggae? Alt-rock? Asian power-pop? Breaks to almost nothing, then comes back for a few more servings.
Oh my. Held my ears the whole way. I know better than most how much of a master you are at production, and at finding just the right voicings to make simple songs take off. This is wonderful work with a really good vocalist. It's just not the same down here.
Outstanding wide sonics that still rings deeply dark. Loved the asian instrumentation sprinkled throughout. You're voice is captivating. I was thinking last night "who does he sound like?" and then it came to me. Leonard Cohen. From me, that is exceptionally high praise.
My Acoustic Guitar and Vocals Original ~ with overtones / natural harmonics - (i.e. "Tapping") - I also recorded a second vocal harmony track . . . synchronized to my main / first vocal track .
Silence in the air further cold
Breathing again.
Nobody can see into my old feeling.
No, no one can take this moment
No, no one can change what I think now
I am free
I could open my eyes again
Silence in the rain further cold

A very interesting cross between world/folk and metal, to my ears, with it's acoustic instrumentation and world-beat percussion and the dark chords and melody of a band like Metallica. I enjoyed the listen.
Must say I'm with her. Truthful? Truthiness at best. Simple? Simpletons. There used to be boring talking heads on TV. Now there are little more than yapping faces. Things will get better when they STFU. Just me talking.
I would bet a month's pay that I've heard you on Acid Planet some years ago...if not you, he was a wonderful songwriter with a great human voice--just like you.
Quick recording of a new set of pipes I'm working on. Long winded explanation- prior to the late 19nth century most Irish pipes featured very small bores and finger holes and were pitched well below modern concert pitch. I've always loved them…
at the end of an evening, after the house lights have gone down, in the quietness of the hall,, two cellos, share a quiet moment.. dedicated to the old couple who have lived so long together, to parent who watches as their child sleeps, to the…
very, very nice. Gotta be my favorite instrument for solos. Good luck and good experience with the RPM. I did it just once and it was the best month of my musical life.
Another Live performance with former band mates in Scartaglen back in 1988 on the NPR show Mountain Stage. This time a piece of Gaelic mouth music followed by 3 reels. Maybe the most complex arrangement of a set of tunes that we ever did.
great sound. Very lively and engaging. I may well have heard this 'live' on the radio as this one a show I listened to frequently back during this time.
More ambient experimentation with my fretless guitar and Roland GR20. This time I used some sounds from the magnetic pickups as well as the midi pickup. Kind of a cheesy synth patch I know, but it was working for me!
Didn't sound cheesy to me. Besides, I was very drawn to old-skool patches when I could do it on my kurzweil. This is a beautiful and relaxing piece and didn't 'feel' like five and a half minutes. Much enjoyed.

Haven't heard the original mix, but I love this.

yes sir.
wonderful folk song, full of images that somehow take me off the range as well. Much enjoyed.
Pretty voice. Love the stringed instruments.
Would be nice. Loved it.
I remember this one.

it's a great lyric in that I cannot be sure if it is ironic or genuinely true. Either way, it works in this heavy setting and voice. Much enjoyed.
Brings back the fun of listening to loop-based creations. This is very well put-together. I'm especially enjoying the horns in the closing.
Purity. You're voice has a fragility that draws me in. And once in, I'm digging the lyrics.
Really delicious chord changes in those arps. Enjoyed the flowing rythm. Very nice piece. ENJOY RPM and have a great time.

just beautiful. Two weeks well spent, I'd say. I'd also like to see a pic.
