The instrumental on its own didn't grab me (sorry MTC! It was mighty fine but it didn't move me). But this... wow, not only does it work like this - very well - it makes sense of the original instrumental for me. Fine FINE work chaps.

This works :-) I'm still very fond of the original instrumental, so I was a bit worried what might have happened. But no, no need to have worried... this is great. Obviously the focus is on the vocal instead of the fantastic guitars, but I like the contrast in the styles of the two of you. And great lyrics. Nice work chaps!

NO! NO NO NO! Reg, in western Kansas, where I was raised, if a coyote killed a calf, we would put cyanide into it's carcass in hopes that the coyote would return to feed again. That's how you could tell a smart coyote from a dumb one. You would never see the smart one again. The dumb ones would be found next to the carcass.
