Trax in Space appeared to be shutting down - so this was a musical interpretation of the pending demise. As it turned out TiS is still struggling to breathe => not too unlike those smokers on oxygen you see in anti-smoking ads.

3 tracks with my strat copy + NI guitar rig
1 track with my Washburn bass + NI guitar rig
1 vocal clip I made and tortured
1 Korg MS200 track
1 Pianoteq track
session drummer 3
Sonar 8.5 used to put it all together
Sounds 15th century to me. I think the beauty of this lovely piece is the fact that apart from it being beautifully played, it is timeless.
A piece that doth posess wondrous endurance.

most excellent! something post-Waters in sounding and creativity, and the tortured vocal is totally unexpected, inventive and grabs the listener attention firmly!

Started out be an innocent little jazzy study in quartal harmony, but the DL4 was still in my signal path and things went downhill from there! Another done with my beloved '58 Stratotone
my dad at one time helped with a radio show - if I remember correctly Tilden High School in Chicago had a radio transmitter. This would have come from there. My son traced this back to about 1923. My father tended to bring things home from where he worked, etc. He even brought home, as far as I could tell, the entire Data General railroad traffic controlling computer - vintage early 70's - the programs were loaded via punched paper tapes - when it got replaced. And no, it wasn't used on this piece. Ben has it. But at 1000 Hz he should be able to get it work if he feeds it the right kind of electricity.
This is a remix of an improvised track I did for our first RPM album. For this new mix, I got rid of the vocals & added a most excellent electric guitar part by our good friend, Chris Mitchell. He listened to the track just once and proceeded…

Strong sounds! But oh, sad pic of the swan! And what a desolate road to die upon. :-(
oh man. i love this tune. john downland is a champ, and this is a great rendition.
Just heard this loud. Oh my god. That'll be a big fat fave then.

This is the sort of stuff Jane Austen listened to while she penned Elizabeth Bennet's growing affection for Mr Darcy. Lovely!
Wow, awesome closing credits sound!
No shit! The build into the unknown makes me wish there was another five minutes tacked on the end.
Killer guitar!! Kind of as a "There goes my girl" feel to it. Very cool!
most excellent! something post-Waters in sounding and creativity, and the tortured vocal is totally unexpected, inventive and grabs the listener attention firmly!
What a tremendous and full sound. Awesome as they say.
really good!!!!!!!
Scorching guitar playing. Ooooo that's a great change up at 3:00. Spooky.
Wild rock'n out mix.
Awesome tones!
Nice ax work!

thanks for the inclusion!
very intense programmatic ambiance.
And I should say - some people indeed need their reality checked...
This is great - I love the harmonies especially. The whistle is an excellent counter point to the wonderful guitars.
I'm sharing this to my facebook page. Excellent message Mr Landry!
love this message - and the way it sounds like a Woody Guthrie 78 recording!
love the FM synth sounding lines!

I love the floating feel this has.
